Trump's lawyer admitted to paying her $130,000 during the campaign, only then did she start speaking up. I'm willing to bet the payment was part of the NDA, her hush money. If anything the lawyer is the one who broke the NDA, not Daniels.

She showed her intent to execute the contract in multiple ways. And the clause right before the signature lines indicates that not all signatures must be present to make it binding. Hers is present, and that is all that is needed.

She's toast. Whether Trump is or not.

Initially I thought this too, but now I'm not so sure. I work in the same room as some intellectual property reporters (they're always reporting on legal cases) and one of them sent me a link to a story that says that she has a stronger case than you might think.

I do find it interesting that people have gone from calling her a liar and/or "prostitute" to now suggesting that they're in an open relationship. I wonder how many more times the goalposts will be moved to justify the story?

I didn't/dont care who people sleep with overall. Its not really my business and so long as it isn't forced, or underage, then thats something that maybe the spouse may be concerned about..but not me..

however

I am wildly amused at not just Trump's actions here, but more interested in the "moral fiber" type jackholes who are cartwheeling down the hall trying to somehow excuse old Don's behavior. Now there are reports of 6 other women coming forward about his affairs with them, and I am just getting some popcorn waiting for the Trumpbots to somehow claim christian morals along with demanding Trump gets even more passes.

I believe Trump may be the first president to get a divorce while in office. Ahh America.

I will give Donboy props for one thing. He is almost daily exposing the double speak and hypocracy amongst the religious right and how they don't actually have stances so long as they feel their team is in a political office.

He has probably done more to separate any newcomers from entering religion than a thousand starbucks latte swilling nu-atheists could ever hope to achieve just by unzipping his pants.
