An Aussie? Who gives a damn what you think?
I don't.
Gee, do you think it just might have to do with the arrangement Obama made to take those 'refugees' that you wouldn't?
If your leader wants to act like Merkel, she's gonna get treated like her. Take about incompetent? She's unwinding a very long relationship. Her. Not Trump. Reality.
Our leader isn't bending knee to that left wing madwoman. We shall see who needs the other more....
lol... If you truly didn't care, then you wouldn't have felt it was even worth the energy you wasted tapping those few words out on your keyboard, to tell everyone about how much you don't give a damn.
Anyway... the whole idea sounds a little 'underdeveloped country mentality' to me.
The US doesn't need to publicly prove anything to anyone... They're already the undisputed most powerful military power in the world... The day they they feel they need to 'prove' it, by putting their military power on public display, is the day the rest of world starts to wonder if they have something to worry about...
Trumps already tarnished the US's perceived supremacy enough, by treating Kim Jong Un as a serious threat to the US on twitter!
A true confident leader of an all powerful nation, wouldn't even waste a few seconds of his day, to type out petty insults to the leader of a (supposedly) 3rd world nation... on twitter!
The point where I do comment on is watching Australia socially go down Mr. Crapper's invention, all the while ensuring it's security via the U.S. and it's 'weak leadership'. This current leader will back you up. Can you say with any certainty that Obama would?
Neither Obama or Bush, or any other US president in modern day history (for that matter), has allowed its most loyal ally to go without a US ambassador for over a year...
Its now past an incidental oversight and now literally becoming a diplomatic insult!
Or maybe its just clear evidence of how incompetent Trump is, when it comes to foreign relations...

But what if the 90 plus million who voted for him want it too? I guess we cannot all be Little as you say since some were women...The last thing you can do when you are at a loss in an argument is attack a mans manhood and it usually because you are lacking yourself.
What is wrong with showing who you are? So there can be a parade of Trasngenders and it is applauded but if it is the Military it cannot happen?

I'm not sure what the fuss is about. This year is the 100th anniversary of the accepted end of the Great War (WW1, and yes I know that it didn't really end until 1924 but 1918 is considered the official end date)
How is having a parade to both honor current serving services men/women, and paying respect to those that have fallen a bad thing. Or should we just "F" those that serve and crap on those of us that went where others don't? 2018 is a big year for America on the world stage, it's been 100 years of America having and helping it's allies. In my opinion a military parade is a fine way to show this fact off.

Real strength doesn't need to cock dance. It stands in the back with its hands in its pockets and handles stuff when stuff needs handling.
Everyone else = Banana republic, tin-pot, tv dinner dictators and totalitarian wannabes.
I've never met a single American military man (or woman) who wouldn't rather have a day off than march in some figurehead's parade.
We're better than that here, even if you don't remember why.

Will men with five deferments be allowed to march?
Show me your war face, Cadet Heel Spurs!

1. No country marks the end of WWI with a show of strength. It is marked with great solemnity. WWII is another matter.
2. The rest of the world knows you only turned up at the end of the show.
3. The war ended because of the Marxist mutinies and uprisings in Germany at the end of October 1918. For some strange reason, the MSM pretends that didn't happen.

typical , waste troops time with a dog and pony show . the time could be better spent on training or give the troops some leave to spend time with their family instead .
How do you come to that conclusion? They are not with their families now? Trump is going to pull them out of the middle east for the parade? lol I don't think you have clue to what you are talking about...

Don't care I like them it's a good day out.
We used to have air shows and still have military pomp in the UK so go for it.
I bet the troops will enjoy it also give them a grand day trip.
