The tree is hearty and bearing abundant fruit.
Not if the FISA warrant is proven to be obtained by less than honest means.

I really don't understand the desire by anyone (other than maybe Flynn and his friends and family) to see Flynn walk.

They claim it interferes with their interview methods and building a rapport with the interviewee.
It's a bad reason. One that I don't buy, at all.

There was only one FISA warrant and it was for Carter Page who had already been under investigation for dealings with Russian spies since 2014.
Oh also...The dossier is not fake. Never was.

Odd timing methinks!

Download and look at top of pdf...Filed Jan 31...wonder what happened that has Mueller postponing the sentencing?
It means Mueller is not done yet, even if the defendant has plead guilty.
I have to admit it is a very interesting twist. However postponing his sentencing doesn’t help him in any way. What is Flynn going to do, go undercover or squill even more then before?
He already has his plea.

Mueller's move protects the integrity of the failing special counsel investigation. If sentencing goes forward and is thrown out because of the way the guilty plea came about it will end the special counsel. By withdrawing it he is putting off the inevitable.

I have no desire to see a guilty person walk free just because I pointed out that using a person's child to coerce a plea or confession doesn't inspire confidence in that plea or confession.

Right because court cases never have continuances.
There is no sentencing date yet in Flynn’s case. The judge said Flynn must check in once a week and would not be held in custody ahead of sentencing. He scheduled a status hearing for February 1.
