Without the aid of a Tandoor sadly - I will see if I can write down my recipe but I usually go by sight and feel

I tend to do the same thing too.

Just chuck it all in a bowl, give it a good whisk/knead then taste/suffer the consequences...

Chicken Haleem for me.... IF you can find a restaurant that serves it!!

I used to get mine at Chandighars in Glasgow, but sadly.... it is no longer there.

I found a recipe online, but I have no idea if it's any good or whether it's like the restaurant one I've had...

I can breathe better today, but weak and tired still.

Hopefully I will gain more energy and feel better as the days go on. I miss being perky. I've felt like the walking dead for a couple of weeks. I don't usually get that sick, but man!
