A slogan is not what keeping recruitment down.

Its low pay and low moral thats causing the retainment and recruitment issue not PC snowflake bull# over a slogan.

Try the modern day implementation of the Forces in immoral and often illegal warfare, as opposed to National Defence, and you'll be much closer to the truth of the reasons for recruitment decline.
