One thing I find curious is that while Louis Elizondo is tagged as the head of the former AATIP we're not digging into who else was in the department? All we know is that Robert Bigelow received the bulk of the funding, if that is even the entire truth.

The reality is that no one works solo on projects.
How was the money dispersed to Bigelow?
Who reported to Elizondo? And in what capacities?

Since the program wasn't classified, has a unreleased alleged 490 page report that had to be authored by "somebody" I think there's much more digging to be done. While we may be being stonewalled in FOIA's about Elizondo's resignation/retirement more of this theoretically is still in the public domain.

Most projects are broken down into stages, initial proposals that are expanded or narrowed down once implementation begins. You would assume there is a paperwork trail a mile wide?

While I'm usually not hugely interested in "yesterdays news" which is where most of the players in this Rabbit-Hole come from, I AM interested in how my tax dollars were spent and what bang I got for my buck.

THANKS BT!!
I believe that's the first Rabbit-Hole Flow Chart I've ever seen.
Awesome!!!

"Some news from the black vault:

“I have tried repeatedly, and have now given up, to do an interview with Mr. Elizondo to address some of these points. I shared nice messages back and forth with their PR person, and then nothing.”

I have heard exactly the same thing from a journalist who writes for a major publication, whose questions to TTSA are now being ignored, after pointing out inconsistencies in the Narrative.

You and a few others have commented on this issue.

Who exactly is in charge of the TTS operations now?

Technically it's Tom DeLonge. But he goofed big time after the "video launch" and it seems Elizondo was drafted in (the details of which are still somewhat unclear) to steady the ship and launch damage control.

Has TTSA become a rudderless ship now?

In January of 2018, I requested under the FOIA all communications between Bigelow Aerospace/BAASS and the FAA. I received a stack of communications on March 23, 2018, which include most of the communications about the change of contact within the FAA manuals. Surprisingly, there were no other communications. What I intended, was to get a hold of any reports that may have come in to the FAA, and forwarded to Bigelow Aerospace/BAASS. By the below FOIA release, nothing was ever forwarded from 2005 on. So, it appears that if anything was reported during this time frame, it went directly to Bigelow Aerospace/BAASS. Sadly, in THIS specific case, all of those reports from any commercial pilot made DIRECTLY to Bigelow Aerospace/BAASS, would never be subject to the FOIA (unless Bigelow Aerospace/BAASS included any of the reports they received in any documents they submitted under their AATIP contract. That is still being determined.).

Hmm.

Very good point indeed.

Have you done your own digging on this topic to satisfy your own curiosity? Or are you suggesting someone else does this for you?

Yep it points to Bigelow hoovering up UFO reports and exercising his 'right' to own those reports. Whether they are all junk or not. However it always seems like that the best UFO reports or footage are the ones we never get to see!

This is a genius move for the Fed - turn over the task to a private company and thus avoid pesky public oversight. I'm of the opinion they discovered this trick using Lockheed and other contractors in the 50's and have thus avoided a lot of scrutiny. The nifty secrets aren't on the Air Force's tarmac, they're locked away on some contractor's compound or filed away on a private network in a 3rd-party lab.

this just doesn't sit right with me. If AATIP existed and collected events that occurred within the military, even if they forwarded them on to Bigelow, it would seem to me that there would be files of the transfer at least.

And, on top of that... bigelow purchased a contract to study the phenomenon by receiving reports that are essentially created by the government. And while we may never know the details of the contract, one would assume it doesn't last forever, which would mean that the government still "owns" whatever he collects, right? What happens to those files if he is in breach of his contract, is found to be colluding with russia or goes bankrupt? If there are legitimately files that would be deemed highly sensitive and worth a classified status, one would think the government would retain rights of ownership.

Today, Tom DeLonge posted to Facebook,

"Our projects Sekret Machines, Poet Anderson, To The Stars Docu-Series and Strange Times are all now off the ground and ready for lift off. Today, we will start with nudity, skateboarding and Bigfoot". !!!!!!

Somebody stop him, before he posts again....

My point would have been if we're being stonewalled one way, try another?
The paper trail has to be reasonably extensive, so snag another thread of it, pull an see what we reel in?

While I don't expect to be spoon-fed answers it also doesn't mean I'm fantastically talented enough to figure out from scratch how to weasel out a proper FOIA request!

I remember going back and forth for months with a couple of
TDL's die hard fans here on ATS.

Well this quote:

" Today, we will start with nudity, skateboarding and Bigfoot". !!!!!! "

should about wrap up any possible thought there is anything "here", "here".

with TDL at least.

some of the fringe hangers on might be working on some important
brain research..

I don’t think MUFON has the ability to do that

Do you not think this is some kind of wild idea for an attraction at the Skinwalker Theme Park? Don't think that would work at Loch Ness if they decide to branch out into Europe. "Skinny dipping, midges and Nessie" just doesn't work.

We had our punk rock era while you lot were still growing long hair and celebrating 200 years of freedom from British oppression. So Blink182 didn't really make much of an impact in the UK and I don't know much about TDL because of that. From what I've seen and heard he seems to have never properly matured in his thinking and still feels the need to appeal to late teens and early twenty-somethings. Would you say that's accurate. Or am I way off ?

I don’t think MUFON has the ability to do that ..

According to Bob Bigelow maybe all we need is to look under our noses for a UFO

What I am thinking is whether his public persona of an eccentric billionaire, interested in all things paranormal, is real or whether there is something more to this man and his links with the murky world of the MIC?

The decision to fund MUFON, indirectly with government money, also seems to have destabilized that organization and effectively turning MUFON into nothing more than an entertainment franchise.

Was there a purpose to having UFO reports funnelled to NIDS/BAASS other than to satisfy his private curiosity?

I think, in fairness, the quote was in promotion of the "Strange times" animated film (another TTS project) and if you check out this post on facebook you might see that it features both skateboards and Bigfoot

Alas, no nudity.

TTS two other projects "Strange Times" and "Poet Anderson" have gone somewhat under the radar here on ATS, but the Poet Anderson series seems to be about a lucid dreamer and his adventures in a world created by the collective human consciousness. wikipedia

Of course, it’s sleazy looking and suspicious but it’s really difficult to decipher what the hell they’re doing.

Money and power make waves.

And it continues to breed mistrust in the government

“Nudity”? I guess that’s why they have all those biologists on board

Maybe they need more psychologist than biologists

Fair enough you seem more versed in DeLonge products than me.

Maybe he feels that acting like he's still 21 will appeal to people who are around that age to buy his products.

Yeh. What's strange to me is that every other country keeps totally quiet about it. Across the border in Canada do you hear much about IC meddling in the UFO topic? Do you even hear many UFO stories at all?

Here in the UK they tell us everything on the UFO files has been released. It might not have. But we don't have Richard Branson teaming up with Robbie Williams trying to promote UFO stories in the media with secured RAF videos from the MoD. Nope everyone just keeps schtum about it all. Even APEN, who seemed to be trying to disrupt, if not completely destroy, UK ufology in the 1970s and 1980s remain somewhat of an enigmatic mystery.

What is different in the USA? I guess nobody knows for sure.

We'll, I think the consciousness link is interesting.
And these are books and movies for young adults seemingly.

So, who do we know with a keen interest in consciousness?

Maybe this is just as important a part of the puzzle as the whole AATIP TTSA thing.

Influencing the young, sowing ideas, planting concepts.

Maybe it deserves a look..

Just a hunch.
