What is interesting is that she describes the objects being observed "coming in from outer space", how would she know this information and why disclose it? My question would be how would they have monitored it coming in from outer space, if true

Podesta and Delong are having an undercover side-relationship. Delong is essentially the boy-toy who Podesta throws contracts/contacts/notoriety to, and Delong is Podesta's "Pop Star Fantasy Bang". Anyway back to the core topic of this thread. As far as Tom DeLonge is concerned there seems to be two phases. Everything pre-Oct 2017 (when TTS AAS was launched) being in total contrast to the current phase we seem to be in.
Prior to Oct 2017 Tom had been on radio shows like Coast to Coast AM etc. promoting his books and how great his 'disclosure' idea was to educate the public. His AMA on here was not well received. But it was never really clear what his big idea was beyond selling books and making movies.



Tom's media interviews continued even after the appointment of the Trump administration and despite a number of emails leaked via Wikileaks. Tom was talking about UFOs being evil and how heroic the people in the military were working it out, how happy thoughts about Jesus could stop you being abducted and that the stories of ancient gods and Atlantis were all real. He was even awarded the title of UFO Researcher of the Year 2017 by a Open Minds TV.

Wikileaks revealed DeLonge had contact with John Podesta on a number of occasions. He also had been dealing with Robert F. Weiss (former Exec. Vice President and General Manager of Aeronautics Advanced Development Programs at Lockheed Martin) ,General William N. McCasland (Commander, Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio) and former General Michael Carey (whose last military assignment was Special Assistant to the Commander, Air Force Space Command.

One of DeLonge's Facebook postings confirms a meeting with one of these bigwigs and how it was confirmed we discovered a life-form. For some reason DeLonge felt he had to express a need to help tell 'young adults' (is that the same thing as big kids?) the story. He never seemed to pursue the life form story for some reason.



But then the BIG BONG happened and "To the Stars Academy of Arts and Science" was launched in October of 2017. The financial documents were filed and the team was revealed. Top heavy with ex-intelligence people and those schooled in biology and neuroscience. There are also connections back to Bigelow/NIDS/AATIP.

After his Joe Rogan appearance Tom went virtually silent. Elizondo became the main man.

The project then entered Phase II and shows a clear disconnect from all of the things Tom was talking about previously. There is no mention of aliens, no disclosure and not even any promises to reveal UFO/UAP Information in any of the launch literature. Elizondo is the man taking the questions about those things. But what he's promising is not really a lot when you listen to him.

So what's going on?

Firstly I don't think any of this is aimed at the UFO community or even people like us who just chat about this stuff on forums. Most of the world is unaware of Tom DeLonge's previous mumblings. It seems that he has served his purpose. He's getting a $100k plus the interest on loans repaid to his Non-Hotdog vendor company. His work is now done apart from selling his books and merchandise.

Paddyofurniture explained a decent theory here as to why that maybe.. In a nutshell DeLonge had the correct company structure in place that Bob Bigelow could utilize to distance the Bigelow brand from the fringe interests he holds.

The NY TImes late Dec 2017 UFO pieces gave little mention of DeLonge (if any). Nor did any of the major English speaking news outlets reporting on it. Phase I seems to be complete. Whatever it was that needed completing. But it does seem to be that the study of UFOs and the study of ufology itself has been privatized by the US government. Bob Bigelow lurks in the background.

But we are now in Phase II of whatever this set up is working towards.

NORAD is pretty tight lipped and obtuse when it comes to the whole UAP/UFO phenomenon.

Paul Dean has written a lot about it on his blog previously, and it is very interesting reading.

It is fairly obvious from his efforts that "one does not simply walk into NORAD" and ask for some evidence... :-)

His latest blogpost is also, interestingly, about AATIP. Well worth a read.

That would be plenty enough reason to explain the apparent difference
between "phase I" and "phase ii".

"Phase I" was the real plan... that will never happen now and Phase II
is trying to recover and restart something.

I think she's referring to the "Fastwalker" reports from awhile back. That was NORAD, I think, in the telling.

I don't recall how well, or not, the reports were confirmed.

When it comes down to it, "spirituality" has two major components, just like you say:

1) "plasma forming" the host body to be able to accept different kind of interaction with the "other".
2) a sporadic or ongoing relationship with the "other" using the new brain/nervous system configuration.

This is the very essence of "Kundalini" by the way.. once you strip out all the garbage memes
that developed, to "snooker us into" build a platform for the "other" to "have it's way with us".

However this symbiotic process is in the early stages.. it doesn't work very well yet.

It sounded like the Antenna project would have been / will be about this sort of thing...
how to enhance the process.

You’ve highlighted TDL's, first, mercenary intent in this field, and the fact that once he offered his ideas and his reputation (on sale) to the operational boys, they changed his direction 180….Told him to forget about UFOS and aliens. However, they said, instead of aliens and UFOS, we can go after warp drives and super propulsion technologies. He of course was allowed to keep his entertainment division in tact.

And your right the average person doesn't know the minute details of his UFO disclosure period, so they don't see the giant disconnect we see.

Let’s not forget DeLonge’s twitter and Facebook followers which they utilized in the Phase I theory.

But what I still can’t figure out is just that. From the start TTS has pushed for as much press and attention as possible. But guys like Elizondo and Puthoff have IC ties and know the importance of keeping a low profile and being able to duck back into the shadows if things go side ways.

With TTS , all of these guys, Elizondo, Puthoff etc are directly in the spot light. The train has left the station and they are all on it. They all have to ride it out no matter its destination.

It has to be a combination of financial incentive and that the data they have released and will release was worth the risk of their personal name and reputation.

Apparently, the government knows what’s going on and the possibilities are these:

They have been told by this mysterious power "the phenomenon” to keep the lid on this.
Or maybe they have made the decision independent from "the phenomenon” to hide things.

Or they are deliberately and sinisterly hiding communication from “the phenomenon” and keeping us in the dark that “the phenomenon” wants their cooperation in certain matters: nuclear weapon control for example, which they aren’t willing to do.

I don’t think there are any other reasons for their actions other than the above possibilities.

I might add that the US government has done a splendid job of covering this up.

To be fair paddy, one other area that hasn't been spoken about much since TTSA released statements etc, is the App that they are developing which will allow you to upload UAP/UFO sightings immediately after they happen. Along with the option of uploading videos/images of said sightings.

I think this is crucial in many ways for the IC in terms of what is spotted where and by whom. They are after the data, whether its nuts and bolts of plasma (insert your beliefs here).

Its becoming more and more muddy by the day iI think, but two things that stand out in my opinion are that;

1) they want to control the narrative - hell they always have! Anything we have ever learned really has come the big evil government really. I think that Lazar was taken advantage of to leak a fake story when they knew he had connections with Lear as an example, so they set him up to fail. Bill Moore the same really...and as unpopular as this will go down, Knapp and how C2C was created to drive that narrative.

2) control and collection of data relating to the issue - so they can control it, analyse it, use it to see where the UAPs turn up, monitor secret nuts and bolts craft sightings and also to out anyone leaking information...

That list is interesting because APEN were actually active in Britain. They appeared to be a far right wing group masking as a ufology group or maybe the other way around. Possibly that was just a cover for another organisation to infiltrate UK ufology.

They bombarded various researchers and UFO groups in the UK during the mid 1970s - mid 90s with cassette tapes and literature. Sometimes including bizarre Nazi propaganda. House break-ins were also reported. To date no one has really cleared up what exactly went on and who was behind it. But their objective seemed to be to disrupt British ufology. Especially concerning the UK's two big UFO cases Berwyn and Rendlesham.

Hmmm

From a positive perspective, one always has to do all sides of any possibilities, all of this can be said to be water under the bridge IF, TTSA produces in the ( hopefully near) future substantial evidence of what they call UAP’s, or UFO’s.

Certainly, we have poked huge holes in this ongoing narrative, but it remains to be seen if they can produce any real “phenomenon” that the public can see for themselves that can justify their existence.

For certainly, TTSA can have a ready answer to all of our skeptical and persuasive analysis by saying: “ Look, your just viewing the window dressing, the chaff, now we will produce the kernel and blow you away.”

I doubt they’ll do that anytime soon since it appears that their utilizing a drip, drip process here, proof of that being the economics they have accrued to this “phenomenon”

It certainly seemed like Podesta was the original catalyst for the original plan. But they still went ahead with the plot once Trump was elected.

It was not until a year later that things seemed to have taken a twist. Once the finance documents were filed for TTS AAS and DeLonge went rogue with Joe Rogan things changed rapidly. Whatever happened DeLonge appears to no longer be that useful to the project. However it seems he will get rewarded financially from the 'entertainment' side of things.

Whatever Phase II entails I think that two things were important. The fund raiser had to raise more than $1m to ensure the company is active. But also not raise anywhere near the $50m maximum set. In fact less than $5m is probably the preferred option as that means DeLonge gets his $100k and his loans back with interest but not much else beyond selling books and music is going to happen.

The US has relied on the Russians to get to the ISS ever since the shuttles were decommissioned in 2011. Other nations including China and India are planning their own space missions. Russia and Trump are somewhat of a perpetual interest. North Korea has been sabre rattling with it's own nuclear missile projects.

Russia has also been flexing its nuclear muscles again.

Then we have the news that the US Air Force is preparing for a conflict in space..

What if this isn't about UFOs or UAPs at all? It's all about educating 'young adults' to trust your government and the military industrial complex to ensure the USA retains an advantage in space. Meanwhile Russia, China and everyone else are left wondering if something from outer space is penetrating their air space...
