From your NYT article and quite dramatic considering everyone was going public with their names and launching a very public multimedia company:

Elizondo in a nondescript Washington hotel where he sat with his back to the wall, keeping an eye on the door.

Theatre.

Not sure if it has been mentioned in this thread yet, but it’s worth pointing out that Hal Puthoff is a (former?) $cientologist.

I assume he’s left the church by now. At one point, he was actively involved in the church while simultaneously working for the NSA, something that was strictly forbidden by LRH at the time.

It’s possible that Puthoff & Swann were double agents in the 1970s but that begs the question of which institution they owed their loyalty to: $cientology or the intelligence community.

putthoff? intelligence community. it's no surprise he's involved in this TTSA debacle. in addition he's got friends who seem to be excellent at sewing disinfo to throw people really, really far off the trail.

He laid the tradecraft on a little thick for a meeting in Pentagon City.

Meanwhile Kean's stuff is being turned into a movie. No idea if TTSA is involved. Director of What's Eating Gilbert Grape?

The script was written by Wendy Button, a former speechwriter for Hillary Clinton and John Edwards

I find it all very weird and concerning. The media is acting oddly, the NYT is just throwing it out there. No one else seems to be chasing this down outside this small group.

I've had suspicions about the Pat Price thing. I don't think these guys were isolated cases either...

Oh back on page 24 I gave a hint.

Now there's a coincidence!

Oh snap, that's a real book!

The book adds more questions than answers. Sort of like the question at the end of my last post about whether Puthoff & friends were agents of $cientology or of the American intelligence community?

The thought of the Aviary somehow paying homage to LRH sends my brain into a tizzy.

You know what I have to do now, right? I have to get a .pdf copy of this book and actually give it a read to see if I can discern any useful clues.

I suppose I could make the 20 minute drive to Clearwater and purchase a copy from them.... JUST KIDDING

A lot of free spirits are only loyal to themselves.

Once you have the "i'm the only one who really knows the truth
delusion" then everyone else is just a lesser being to be used
for your personal agenda.

That seems to be how some of these folks, like Puharic thought.

What I find a tad disappointing is why nobody is discussing the obvious
two-pronged effort here.

Prong One
Enhance "UFO" delusion/mania.

Prong Two

Study the Brains of the Victims they are Creating.

They've already plumbed MUFON as much as they can
for now.. so they need a continuing and large number
of test animals, to look for the most developed
"antenna" they can find.

Now.. we can argue about why they want the victims..
and there are various obvious reasons.. but if we could
establish the "two prongs" that would be progress.

as you know.. L. Ron was a (crappy) pulp era Sci Fi writer.
That's a pretty common expression of that era.

but yup, one could certainly run with that coincidence.
("coincidence").

If they find the best antenna then what?.

well if the best antenna is found, if he/she is a Pat Price, then they get
those lucrative intelligence agency contract again.. and start up the
old band.

If the best antenna is more like a 100% no fakery Uril Geller, well
then they've found some demigod, who can not only do what Pat
Price did, but could crack open the cosmic vaults of everything
and deliver working alien technology from across the Universe
and rewrite the laws of physics as a hobby.

Think the Anime "Akira" here.. I think that some of these folks
really believe that sort of narrative is possible.

I think that if successful, they will get bit in the ass.

Well Kev, I am not sure what to think, all very interesting, but clearly there has not been a real good antenna out there who can do all those wondrous things.

Correct.

I'm not sure that would even be a good idea.

The world cooks up fake holy men/women left and right,
based upon absolutely nothing. I'd hate to see the mania
if the real deal sorta came along.

Thats how I see it too. I don't know Digging into the biotech guys might be one way - but I think NDA's would hamper that.

Hour long interview with Lou:

Of note was his clarification about the alleged "materials" and "alloys".

Storage facility was part of the Bigelow tender to provide a secure facility to store any sensitive information, data or materials that MIGHT or COULD be recovered in the FUTURE (emphasis mine).
"Whether material has been recovered and is stored at the facility- I am unable to comment"- Lou

Interestingly (and possibly contradictory to the above):

The Alloys are not "Alloys"
They are in fact Metamaterials with unique isotopic ratios.

Hmmmmm......

Ya, that seems pretty contradictory. IF they find materials in the FUTURE, can't confirm or dent materials now, oh, but if there were, they'd be made up of unique isotopic ratios.

For crying out loud, these guys are tossers.

HOORAY FOR CLOWN SCIENCE.

Just make it up as you go, hope your critics are scientifically illiterate.

You are literally a liar. Straight-up lying to us. Zero science. Zero evidence. Just lying to get money from rich dumb people. Rather horrible, your morals.

George Knapp has confirmed storage of materials. Jacques Vallee has. John Burroughs has come close.

I’m not commenting on the veracity of those claims - simply that there have been enough interviews with people stating there is to make this non-denial seem like acknowledgement.

I suspect the materials, if there are any, are just aerospace composites.
