Now, what is an appropriate response by U.S. citizens?
(Both to their gov/mil, and to TTS/AAS)

Why aren't more people alarmed about this?

I'm not sure what could be done, given that the NYT and even Raytheon have thrown in. On the other hand, if the balloon goes up - EVERYONE gets egg on their face here.

I'm not sure about a financial motivation for this. Bigelow has the inflatable space station market in his hand, does he really need 22 million? I have a suspicion that this might have been some weird political thing, because these cats turn up emailing Podesta and the whole Hillary UAP thing... but this just raises more questions.

I Googled off of jaded&cynicals earlier links about Bigelow Contracts with NASA/DoD and I thought I saw some numbers that would make 22 mil significant. However, it's also reportedly true that Bigelow has pretty extensive wealth from his non-space bread & butter enterprises (real estate/hospitality chains, etc)

Has anybody read the extended "about" section of TTS, where all the bios and company info is?

Besides it being dominated by "Ex", ahem, Intelligence guys with some fairly hefty past titles and some serious (and some scary) operational experience there's also Elizondo explaining how he parted with the government and how they were cooperating with Uncle Sam and vice versa. Heck, Elizondo is claiming official disclosure almost with that. And, maybe relevant or not, they name-dropped that Luis and General Mattis are pretty tight apparently.

I do bet one thing at least about the above is true; these guys are working with the government and vice-versa. It just ain't disclosure. National Security, Social Engineering, the Military-Occult Complex---take your pick or mix and match. All of the above or none of the above...except these guys have the "Okay" from The Cult of Intelligence for some purpose. They're lifelong die-hard members themselves. They are almost certainly not bucking the system.

The Deep Space Gateway I'd guess. It's been awhile since I looked, but I know his stuff is popping up more and more in design studies. Saw a few using BEAM as a baseline. He's in a good position market wise.

This is interesting - if it pans out - because the current admin seems to be dead silent on the issue. I know journalists wanted to put the question to Trump, but that doesn't seem to have happened. In fact this is the first administration in awhile that doesn't have some kind of UFO mythros attached...and then this happens. I found that interesting. I'd still like to know more about the election - did they shop this to the Trump team like they did with the Clinton one?

I should also note that the media cycle moved on. This 'disclosure' doesn't seem to have kicked off mass social unrest or anything, or driven people nuts per Kit Green's take. Todays mishap in Hawaii gives us an example of that exactly that kind of thing. Are the assumptions about public reaction to this stuff wrong?

edit: for Iridomyrmex, this all reminds me of Bruce Maccabee and the Gulf Breeze stuff. This ain't nothing new.

I agree Kevin 100%, the need or will to believe shouldn't cloud our judgement and unfortunately it does. I just want the disclosure of what they know these things are, regardless of whether it's ET,terrestrial or otherwise. If tptb can out and we're honest and said it's this.....and provided their evidence that could be examined, that's what I want. I don't care what it is, I just want to know what it is. People have to be so careful and not let their need to know it's aliens cloud their judgement at what we could be looking at if it's different than what they have already convinced themselves it is

Why mention a time dilation element if it's not relevant?

My suspicion was that a leading question was used to make the case seem more 'mysterious' to us readers.

So, if I may ask, what "lodges" have you had experience with? Since the subject comes up more than once with various of the players and peripherals.

Well, my formal education was as a Rosicrucian until I stepped out of that and went freelancing "occultly" speaking.

My informal education comes from my interest in "collecting artifacts". That is to say; humanity has a historical interest in "acquiring" knowledge and power by trapping "spirits" within occult systems such as churches, Lodges and temples. I just free the spirits by deconstructing the method of incarceration.

So basically I have to go in and deconstruct their systems and then defend myself from the disgruntled magicians, priests and other such characters.

I cut my teeth on the old black Lodge's habit of trapping Nature Spirits. Made a heap of friends out of the spirits rescued who now help me with leads and knowledge. Then went on to the ancient civilizations and also established modern religions who practice slavery of "spirits" for power.

Just to be clear I don't discriminate between "good" and "evil" - Black, white or brindle; they are all the same to me if they "acquire" power by foul means. Also I don't "keep" spirits myself, I just free them and some choose to stay and visit.

One might say I have some practical experience with the occult ways and thinking of magicians, priests and the likes.

The main reasons I find Blue Resonant Human interesting is he obviously associated with some of the so-called Aviary (and sometimes in ritual settings it appears,) further, he broke a lot of early things about them that turned out to be true, and in spite of his sometimes sharp-ass tongue, he seemed an alright person at heart and an exceptionally shrewd observer.

Yep, I thought so too as I read some of the info you linked to. I feel he speaks very matter of factually. The glimpses I received of what lays behind his words is the basis for my opinion, they go very deep. The worlds of the ceremonial magicians are not places I would enter unnecessarily.

One has to respect his up front no non-sense attitude and the risks he took in simply saying what he did. I like him too.

(EDIT: I get the distinct feeling "Blue" didn't read books for his knowledge, I would suggest he lived it.)

It's about the ONLY thing these guys don't publicize about themselves when you think about it. They'll attach their names to any other phenomenology it seems. And the folk that claim the most success with "other intelligences" historically speaking are the Occultists.

I think perhaps it depends on what the objective is in the long term. The western occulists just seem to know what they need at the time and the knowledge of how to achieve it is generally within reach.

Western occultism has ancient roots that are hidden from prying eyes, They are very adaptable to the times. The phoenix rising from the ashes over and over again is how I see them operating. The same faces through history from ancient times. Always a sunset clause to make sure of their own destruction so they may come again anew when the time is at hand. They seem to be very adept at working within the zeitgeist (Spirit of the times).

I wouldn't under-estimate the eastern occultists though. The Chinese temple system has high altitude Nature Beings of dragon like appearance imprisoned at ground level. Some of the temples of continental India have their gods such as the Nagi (pleural) and the Kali (pleural) unwillingly bound by the blood of ritual human sacrifice.

I respect Doc Jock (Jacques Vallee) in so many ways, so don't get me wrong here, but he's the easiest one to establish poking around some of the darker arts and corners. From his own words and other accounts. A lot of it detached observer, I'm sure, but some immersion as well.

You might find it odd, but I know Vallee by name only, and from the threads here at ATS, same with the other names in UFOs. The only books I ever read on the subject were the ones by Bruce Cathie of Harmonic 33 fame. You ATS guys are slowly educating me.

I'm personally not looking to discuss opinions on the nature of alleged entities and find it largely off topic. Unless we're talking about what some of the folk mentioned in this thread might believe about an intelligence separate than us. On one hand they talk their product in ETH terms, but the closer look reveals them conceiving a metaphysical cum quantum-something. Whether they are right or wrong about the nature of the UFO, TTS is selling the ETH to the public ,literally, but chasing some bastard child of the IDH. Which I also find the most likely I admit.

On the nature of these things I am not sure either, but I am learning about them. The "metaphysical cum quantum-something" seems a fairly accurate description . . . . . maybe . . . . . (?).

Now what the hell is a ETH TTS IDH? I'm still catching up on the jargon here : )

A quick glance over the bios reveals one thing. Below the layer of former intelligence people there is something else that jumps out. The people who didn't appear at the empty arena launch all seem to have backgrounds in biology.

Dr. Garry Nolan is a Genetics Technologies Consultant & Professor in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at Stanford University School of Medicine.

Dr. Paul Rapp is the Brain Function & Consciousness Consultant & Professor of Military and Emergency Medicine at the Uniformed Services University

Dr. Norm Kahn is a National Security & Program Management Consultant currently a consultant on national security for the US Government, with a focus on preventing the use of biological weapons of mass destruction/disruption.

Dr. Colm Kelleher is the Biotech Consultant (biochemist).

Dr. Adele Gilpin is the Biomedical Research & Attorney. A scientist with biomedical academic and research experience as well as an active, licensed, attorney.

Even Luis Elizondo's academic background includes Microbiology, Immunology and Parasitology, with research experience in tropical diseases. Luis is also an inventor who holds several patents.

Anyone want to convince me that Tom DeLonge as President chose these people off his own bat?

Of course the more important question is what is coming further down the line?

As already noted, the "antenna project" is what this whole thing is really about.
Everything else is cover.

To find an "antenna" within a human test subject, you need biologists.

Human test subjects may either be caught in the wild, or grown artificially, once you
understand how to induce the phenomena.

usually Thelema types.. enochian call types.. call "demons" from the void of space
to serve them.. but the "demons" are really just feeding on the "bioplasma" of the

Re: why Robert Bigelow may be involved with all this stuff:

1) He's a funding vehicle for intelligence.. as we know, when things are too hot
to handle intra-agency, the private sector is used to "launder government money".
I'm sure some of it sticks to private industries fingers -- so why not? Free money.

Of course in this case Mr. Bigelow is interested in the subject matter.

2) If they can cook up new Pat Price and Ingo Swann.. learn how to process works,
and utilize that process to "wrest secrets from the Universe" the'd have quite a
thing going there... the whole thing just seems to be a continuation of the
previous work.

3) Nobody is going to publicly say, "ummm... our ultimate client, non-physical
deep space intelligences have been attempting to farm human beings for
the one thing they are lacking for the past 100,000 years, and we've decided
to betray the human race to them, for temporary gain.. sounds like the
X-Files TV series. Of course they might not realize what they are
doing.. hard to say. They would be prone to front with the ETH.

4) Why they are going public ... to draw in experiencers... they had to
go public.. their control over MUFON has waned.., and they aren't
getting enough test subjects from other experiencer collector
venues out there.. there was one advertising on ATS a while back..
I can' quite recall the name of it.. it had experiencer in the title
I believe.

Of course if you want to go completely conspiracy-whacky.. there are
wild illuminati theorists like this guy:

leozagami.com...

who is claiming that Robert Bigelow is a regular at the temple of Set.. if that were true, then
all this becomes much more straight-forward.. just another occult-spook adherent doing his
part for the team.

some of this stuff is crystal clear..other stuff needs more research.

I'd like to think that this project is much more innocent than the Internet crazies
want to believe.. at least I know some of the scientists are relatively innocents..

I suppose there might be a totally corrupt Tier 1, that isn't completely leveling with the
Tier 2 scientsits.. or they are being deceived.. or I'm wrong about who/what the
ultimate forces are in this case. I almost hope so.

I'm feeling rather "let it all hang out" today. I suppose this post is mostly for The GUT
and a few others.

As I confusedly portrayed when I came to ATS in 2013, back in 1981, I was briefly
living with a cult in Minnesota. The head of the cult was a practicing Thelema
magician. The man would do enochian calls against people who said mean things
to him..he most certainly did Abramelin summonings, which are apparenlty
not much different than group workings such as the famous "Amalantrah Working"
that purportedly commenced the UFO age as we know it. I did not participate..
I told him that I did not approve.. that the "golden light" that lived in me did
not approve of this behavior. He laughed at me.

So at a certain point, "M" (the first initial of his name) got a Bee in his bonnet
about this fellow: en.wikipedia.org... who had
filled an auditorum of new agers. "M" wanted to go defeat this fellow
magician at the auditorum. He was convinced that he was "evil" and would
"end the world". Frankly I was dubious, but I went along to see for myself.
(Pot call the kettle black here.. 'evil' often thins that it is "good").

So here we had a crowleyite, "M" summoning 'Lam' type beings, to combat
a fellow practicing magician named "Benjamin Creme", who was, to cut
to the chase "farming" the audience for his masters", a lesser group of
entities that Shaman are aware of around the world. (the black shadow
winged frog entities).

What could have gone wrong?

Then here we had me, a complete and total innocent.. at 20.. I didn't
even know where babies came from yet.. off the farm.. a virgin naturally..
who was infused with a massive golden power from birth.. who knew almost
zero about all this magic stuff.

Well I'll stop going on about that particular incident.. but in short, I was at
ground zero of a major Thelema/Arcane School [(the core folks behind Creme
and his U.N. organization). Mr. Creme passed in 2016] "working".

I did my best to stop the summonings and to "seal the breach".

But the reason I'm going on about this, quite openly for once, is that all the
threads seem to be coming together.. this hocus pocus crap never seems
to stop.. people take it very seriously indeed, and think that the world
will be better because of it.

It's sad.

Hug your loved ones and your puppies and your kitties, and try to be
a decent Joe. Why the hell do these people do these things? The
hunger for knowledge and power I guess.

Anyway.. all this "stuff" is very personal to me.. Iv'e been ground zero
my entire life.. I'm retired now... but feel a certain obligation to
share the (apparent) pieces of the puzzle that I know.

It would be very unnerving, if occult heavyweights were still waging
proxy wars through UFOlogy.

That question is a worry . . . .

That is about as succinct as it could be put.
I can feel my subconscious has snagged on that aspect and is working it. We'll see if it spits anything worthwhile out when it's done chewing.

Historically--and empirically--that combination has generally involved human-use experimentation. A subject that at the very least Hal Puthoff and Dr. Christopher "Kit" Green have official experience handling. Jus' sayin'.

The very real possibility of an MK-ULTRA-style operation--even a continuation of--is a very valid question. It must be explored at the very least.

It was previously mentioned that the military arm of the remote viewing project(s) were deemed "Human Use Experimentation".

The initial funding for the remote viewing projects came from MK-ULTRA Chief Dr. Sidney Gottlieb and the MK connections run rampant throughout the program.

That's not to say that there wasn't a true interest in psi ability--in addition to the darker and unsavory aspects of the programs--but rather that some of the human consciousness mind-control-type techniques studied were believed to be, at least nominally, in someway related to clairvoyance and "action-at-a-distance" to include the attempt to psychically influence "enemy" minds.

Dr. Sidney Gottlieb, CIA, MK-ULTRA, Remote Viewing

Though the most prominently discussed aspect of MKULTRA is the CIA's '___' work, the program included many other unusual investigations relating to the science of mind control. CIA researchers probed the potential of numerous parapsychological phenomena, including hypnosis, telepathy, precognition, photokinesis and "remote viewing."

all.net...

A bit more on how that tied to fear and paranoia and the "Red Scare":

When the CIA learned of these studies the obvious question was, ‘Do we have such a potential?' At this juncture, the United States did not have such a capability, nor had they ever really considered it−until now. If all these other "agencies" are involved, then why we not involved? It was clear that the principal intelligence agency for the United States needed to "catch up" to the intelligence collection efforts of the others−at least in this "alternative" method of gathering intelligence.

Late in 1972, CIA scientist Sidney Gottlieb, Chief of the Technical Services Division procured a rather large monetary endowment to initiate the research project that began it all. If the Soviets, and the others were as heavily involved in this research as was being reported−the National Security of the United States could be in jeopardy. Probably, the simple notion that this "eerie capability" might really be out there; and the possibility that we could do it as well, almost certainly drove the CIA's decision process.

www.davidmorehousebooks.com...

A bit more on that:

In 1952, the CIA initiated an extensive program involving the search for, and development of, exceptionally gifted individuals who could approximate perfect success in ESP performance. The Office of Security, which ran the ARTICHOKE project, was urged to follow all leads on individuals reported to have true clairvoyant powers so as to be able to subject their claims to rigorous scientific investigation.

The CIA began infiltrating séances and occult gatherings during the 1950s, which may explain why they were interested in a bizarre UFO/medium case in Maine in 1959. A memo dated April 9, 1953, refers to a domestic - and therefore illegal - operation that required the planting of a very specialized observer at a séance in order to obtain a broad surveillance of all individuals attending the meetings.

During the late 1960s, the CIA experimented with mediums in an attempt to contact and possibly debrief dead CIA agents. These attempts, according to Victor Marchetti, a former high-ranking CIA official, were part of a larger effort to harness psychic powers for various intelligence-related missions (PROJECT SCANATE) that included utilizing clairvoyants to divine the intentions of the Kremlin leadership.

www.conspiracy-times.com...

The term mind-control is a slippery concept. That it belongs--as such an abstract concept--to a wider-range of sub-topics also makes it an easy target for "double-speak" and disinformation from its operatives. It sounds "crazy" to many folk, but not so fast! Lets break the term down a little.

For example, "Mind-Control" can refer to a few different, but related, modalities.

For instance, when we're talking about ELF and non-lethal weaponry, it can be as simple as bombarding someone with waves that either produce heat and pain or mental states of confusion and/or submissiveness. The "mind-control" tag in those instances referring to a simple sort: Forced Physical Dissuasion.

Then there's the sort that was pursued in the search for the so-called Manchurian Candidate. These modalities look for more intrusive and total-control of the human psyche and include the induction of dissociative states, hypnotism, pharmacology, ELF (electromagnetic control of mental and emotional states,) brain-implants, and social programming including the blackest of psyops operations: Forced Psychical Persuasion.

It's not "conspiracy theory" that MK-ULTRA attempted to do those very things. The documentation also makes clear the inclusion of topics that fall under the heading of PSI and Phenomenology. Government mouthpieces are quick to say that the MK-ULTRA franchise was discontinued, but we see above that Dr. Sidney Gottlieb procured early funding for Remote Viewing which encompasses many of those same goals and techniques.

Concrete evidence that electronic mind control was an object of study at SRI was exposed by the Washington Post in 1977: "When the Navy awarded a contract to the Institute, the scientific assistant to the Secretary of the Navy, Dr. Sam Koslov, received a routine briefing on various research projects, including SRIs.

As the briefer flashed his chart onto the screen and began to speak, Koslov stormily interrupted, What the hell is that about? Among the glowing words on the projected chart, the section describing SRIs work was labelled, ELF AND MIND CONTROL.

ELF stands for extremely [low] frequency electromagnetic waves, from the very slow brain frequencies up to about 100 cycles per second….
