I'm beginning to get the feeling that the actual awards are supposed to be given by #thegreatawakening and not necessarily by the POTUS himself.

I saw that too. I have had the same thought for a while, though not the same reasoning. Roy is a bit of a drama queen for me...and an attention seeker.

My reasoning for my thoughts on it being something totally different are that Trump initially announced it, then moved the date. Moving the date for the reason given would suggest it was going to actually be prepped for. As of this post there has been no mention of a time or anything for something that was claimed to have received so much attention on the first post about it.

I believe it was to get MSM attention and work people up to be on alert. It is now 6pm EST and we still have nothing.

I am still going with EAS Presidential Alert....has never been used before in history. If not, I am still betting on a major announcement that has nothing to do with Fake News.

Well, if it wasn't a real emergency, but a cheap political stunt, it'd be as "interesting" as it is stupid.

3. The use of the FBI NSA database had been ongoing for a long period of time. However, it was the increases in FISA-702(17) "About Queries" responses, from November 2015 through March 2016 that triggered the internal alarm.

4. When Admiral Rogers effectively shut down FBI contractor access to the FISA search system, the DOJ/FBI "small group" needed a way back in.

5. They were shut out April 18th 2016.

An interesting theory on this -

The fake media awards is nothing more than a taunt to the media to cover it where it will be announced that indictments / arrests are under way for Clinton and others. After all this time of the media constantly running interference or outright refusing to cover news that portrays Clinton others in a bad light. The ultimate slap in the face is to get them to cover the "fake media awards" only to have the media lies shoved back down their throats all the while they have to cover it or break away and try to hide it.

It would not be the first time Trump played the media using a feint. The last time he did he paraded military members up to support Trump much to the pissiness of the media.
