I think we're probably on the same page, or at least in the same chapter.

I think the whole thing is another one of Trumps laser pointers to be chased by the crazy cats in the media only to have the true event drop on them unexpectedly.






I recall SHS saying something along the lines of, "I'm sure you're all wanting to know if you're big winners..."

Plus she more or less brushed off all the other questions about the FNA (fake news awards) with a, "there will be an announcement later..."

Just watched the live broadcast of Dole getting the congressional gold medal. All bipartisan recognition of congress uniting. No fake news award yet. Was this simply the build up for a later fake news award announcement?

BBC News; "OutideSource" about an hour ago had a narrative that said the Fake Awards were for Russia for their:

1) manipulation of Brexit and Catalonia elections,
2) manipulation in Montenegro, Ukraine etc.
3) Supporting Left and Right extremes in various countries using memes etc.

Interestingly though, this story has not been put in print on bbc.co.uk (yet?)

ETA: 1) Just remembered that the tem portrayed Adam Schiff as touting the story!!
(Wish I had been quick enough to record the item and be more accurate now),

2) Even though "Outside source" usually cycles round a handful of current news items, the above item has not been repeated.

THe Awans hacked House members they didn't work for. That's according to a four month investigation.

The presentation, written by the House’s Office of the Inspector General, reported under the bold heading “UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS” that “5 shared employee system administrators have collectively logged into 15 member offices and the Democratic Caucus although they were not employed by the offices they accessed.”

It found indications that a House “server is being used for nefarious purposes and elevated the risk that individuals could be reading and/or removing information” and “could be used to store documents taken from other offices.” The server was that of the House Democratic Caucus, a sister group of the DNC that was run at the time by then-Rep. Xavier Becerra.

The aides named are Imran Awan, his wife Hina Alvi, his brothers Abid and Jamal, and his friend Rao Abbas, Pakistani-born aides whose lives are filled with reason for concern. Abid’s Ukranian wife Natalia Sova and Haseeb Rana were also involved in the Awans’ activities but departed the House payroll prior to the investigation.

One systems administrator “logged into a member’s office two months after he was terminated from that office,” the investigative summary says.

The investigation found “possible storage of sensitive House information outside the House … Dropbox is installed on two Caucus computers used by the shared employees. Two user accounts had thousands of files in their Dropbox folder on each computer.” Using Dropbox is against House rules because it uploads files offsite.

The Washington Post referenced the presentation in July, and quoted a House source who claimed that the server was full of the Awan children’s “homework” and “family photos.” The presentation offers reasons to doubt that. “Based on the file names, some of the information is likely sensitive,” it reads.

Haven't we heard about Dropbox before? And haven't we also heard a similar excuse to "homework and pictures"?

So far, Luke Rosiak owns this story entirely. No one else aside from a few other blogs like Power Line are following it at all. It's been a year with no IT related charges. Read this story and tell me that's right.

There is a nice flow chart listing all the names of the House members involved (44) along with a color-coded flow chart of which IT members "worked" (not always asked to do so) for them at which times.

I looks certain that the Awans were foreign spies. Which makes it all the more interesting that Debbie Wasserman-Schultz tried so hard to protect them. To the point of openly threatening the DC police chief.

Yeah, but there's nothing official about it or any relation to it other than the name. My guess is it's for this channel to grab viewers for their channel. Guessing it has nothing to do with the actual awards.

President Trump is at a awards ceremony right now for former US senator Bob Dole. I know he moves fast but I don't think he can get back to the White House within an hour.

Yeah....I don't think anyone has the scoop yet as to what is happening. It is obviously very hush hush, but with SHS mentioning they would let us know later today it means they definitely have something planned...

Since the mainstream media is regurgitating new fake news every hour, it's hard to set a time for the awards. For instance up until yesterday the liberal media was saying that President Trump was retarded and so fat that he could die at any moment. That is a huge slice of fake news that needs to be considered for the awards.
