It violates the Establishment Clause. Taxpayers pay for this public school which includes paying for the religious flags.

OK chief, please show me a financial statement that demonstrates the precise fiscal cost of flying this particular flag. Fairly sure the flags are all donated to the schools... so there's that, and the individual putting the flags up each morning is technically on the clock, but it takes what, 2 seconds to clip a flag to a line already being operated daily to attach the Texas and US flags?
So please, show me the taxpayer money.

It's also fun to note that anyone who screams "NOT FREEDOM FROM RELIGION" is the first to call atheism (or science) a religion.

The school isn't the one that just made a "OMG, tax payer dollars are being used" claim. If one was to ask them and the answer was "de nada," would your argument change or would you accept the fact that no rights are being violated here?

Where are the flags and the poles at? Hmm?

Is there any specific feature of the school which is dependent on a Christian flag being flown there? If not, then your point is moot.

What’s the value of the land, improvements, cost to operate for every year the Christian Flag has flown on the property?
There’s the taxpayers money.

So the school's entire cost to the taxpayers centers around the presence of the flag? LMAO, that's a bit of a stretch, don't you think?

Where are the flags and the poles located at?
A really simple question.

True. We do that because militant atheists are hypocritical asshats and it's fun to point that fact out.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly, that no man shall be compelled to frequent or support any religious worship, place, or ministry whatsoever, nor shall be enforced, restrained, molested, or burthened in his body or goods, nor shall otherwise suffer on account of his religious opinions or belief; but that all men shall be free to profess, and by argument to maintain, their opinion in matters of religion, and that the same shall in no wise diminish, enlarge, or affect their civil capacities.
