OK. so this was at a PRIVATE bathroom owned by a friend of the guy claiming he is transgender female. I have said before you should stick with th ebathroom you Pass as. Alot of transgenders do this,but some are just idiots who want to cause trouble.

So i have to ask..how did legislation of bathrooms help this child? It didnt because they were not in a public restroom.

I don't know anyone who has more than 2 bathrooms as labelling them as 'mens' and 'womens'.

I have two bathrooms, one is the main and one is the spare. I don't make my wife go in one while I use the other exclusively.

Argument number 1. Any man, whether transgender or not, that is also a sexual predator now has the excuse that he can be in the women's restroom/locker room. But when this used to happen before Obama's bathroom inclusive laws/mandates, if a man, whether he claimed to be transgender or not, was caught inside a women's restroom, that person could be escorted out of the women's restroom. Now they can't get escorted out, because they will sue, which gives male sexual predators in general an excuse for being in women's restrooms/locker rooms.

Argument number 2. Most women would not be thinking "there is another woman in the women's restrooms I don't feel safe"... Same for men in men's restrooms and locker rooms. That's a large percentage of women in the United States. Now this has changed because of "transgender inclusive laws" which allows any men whether or not he is a transgender to enter women's restrooms and locker rooms. But of course those women are being told they should not fear this change because it is for the good of the about 1.4 million Americans who identify as transgender. That includes both men and women who identify as transgender.

Just in the fall of 2017 approximately 11.5 million women will be attending College.

So approximately 1 out of 4 or 1 out of 5 of these women will experience sexual assault or rape, yet these women are being told that to be PC they have to get over their fears of a transgender person with male organs sharing the restroom with females.

Of course, this is not covering the fact that whether they are transgender or not, sexual predators with male genitalia now have an excuse for being in women's restrooms and can sexually assault or even rape little girls as well, not just women in general.

I also hope he doesn't ever get out of prison. The sad part is he will probably get out on parole after a short few years. Often, child molesters make parole even before non-violent criminals AND perpetrators of crimes of passion. Crimes of passion are proven to be some of the least likely repeat offenses. I digress.

The point is women and female children in general are being told that they should feel safe with men who claim to be transgender sharing the women's/girl's restrooms/bathrooms/locker rooms. Did this girl have to get over her fear as well?...

My point is look at the op... Apparently you want to ignore that a transgender person who claims to be a woman raped a girl...

BTW, priests who sexually assault children don't do it with the excuse "i am transgender and should be allowed in women's restrooms/locker rooms"...

One more thing...it is not alright for priest to rape children either... But this is not about priest who rape children... It is about the claim that some have been making for awhile now that "this doesn't happen with transgender sexual predators"...
