By the way, most sexual assaults on kids are done by family members or close family friends, not Trans people.

It wasn't a public bathroom. It was girl's family apartment's bathroom, and the individual who assaulted the girl was a friend of that family.

The false premise here is that transgenders are somehow predisposed to perverse and sexually deviant behavior against others, more so than any one else, as a justification to keep them out of public bathrooms.

There will be people in all groups that will be deviant, but you can't restrict everyone in all groups because of the actions of a few in that group.

Pedophiles should be executed in public.

I have said in the past that not only do transgenders who are pedophiles can use these laws/mandates as an excuse but that non-transgender male pedophiles can also use this as an excuse for being allowed in women's restrooms and locker rooms.

Even before these mandates had been put in motion there have already been cases in which male pedophiles and sex offenders have used the excuse of being transgender to get access to women's restrooms, and locker rooms.
