Clinton had several women bring up law suits with rape allegations.

Apparently no one had any problems till he was president. Why not till then? Trump still had his money then. So why not then? Its highly suspicious. Presidents can have people erased. Your Definition of Truth and mine differ then. I want FACTS not accusations. I want PROOF not Feelings. As to his Prior history..IF he did such things WHY WAS HE NOT ARRESTED and TRIED? Head or corporations get arrested all the time. i NEVER believe rumors and un proven accusations when someones life is on the line.

Yes, judges must sign subpoenas (they are court orders, and attorneys can't sign those), because it is the court demanding the information on behalf of the trial, not an attorney demanding it at their own discretion from people (at least in every instance that I've ever seen).

That said, I can't even see the actual subpoena because I can't access that site from the network that I'm on right now, so I can't really comment very intelligently on its specifics.

However the subpoena by the court is trying to collect evidence or find there is none.

People haven't moved on from hillary however,...I find it hypocritical. Or use bill Clinton rape cover up arguments.

Certainly...that's always a possibility, for sure, as unfortunate as that is to say. Of course, it doesn't necessarily mean corruption, because it's just as bad for a court to NOT do something that could result in discovery that is pertinent to the case as it is for a judge to approve too much.

I wouldn't be too worried about corruption just yet, but since it is Trump, I'd bet money on ideology guiding many decisions, even if they can be explained away.

Off-topic update: Shoulder is still recovering nicely, and I've been back in martial arts for a few weeks now. I'm even at the point where I can participate in some light sparring and bag work, so I'm happy and still really trying hard not to push myself back into injury. It's a tough line to straddle.

Really that is my only point. My point was just the elite are both targets and at fault in different cases. The whole a guy robbing granny at the atm and maybe bruising her leg in the process getting charged for the full penalty with a public defender vs an elite wall street hedge funder who may cause a guy to commit suicide when his lifetime of wealth was ponzied out, or a company getting away with pushing pain pills vs a guy slinging dime bags of weed... the rich get a few token taken down to make it seem fair but the numbers suggest more is going on than justice in some cases.


So glad to hear this about your shoulder. Is it feeling close to 100 percent? Sparring is probably better than throwing sports as long as you stay away from tight submissions or sloppy or casted hooks in reality. Must feel great though. A martial artist with bad joints is like monet going blind.
