Mandalay Bay skips the 40s and the 50s, so although the House of Blues Foundation Room purports to be on floor 63, in actuality the property has 43 floors.

I've posted on this before plus a link.
If you count floors above the broken ones you get the 43 floors. There are no label floors in to 40s and 50s. They decided to not use those numbers.

Maybe the website is wrong as others state 43.
The windows are there for the world to view. You think no one would say "Hey it's 29 not 32" inspecting the building.

The broken windows seem to be on the 29th floor.
Maybe no one has bothered to count them or maybe they did and that is exactly why police got reports of a gunman on the 29th floor???
