Yes! There was a woman reported within the concert grounds but prior to the concert beginning making such claims...

Las Vegas shooting: Woman told crowd 'you're all going to f***ing die' before attack started

The mystery woman was allegedly 'acting crazy' and telling people 'you're all going to f***ing die', 45 minutes before the shooting started

After her outburst, it was claimed, the woman and her male companion were made to leave the venue by security.

She described the woman who gave the warning as “Hispanic, probably about 5ft 5, [with] brown hair”, and said the woman’s boyfriend was also Hispanic.

Almost immediately, there were reports that the woman "walked back" her claims, but that's a gross misrepresentation of what she really said:

“When it first happened, and it was reported that there were three shooters surrounding the area, I believed that this lady was telling us that there was going to be a shooting. But after finding out that there was only a single shooter, it’s harder to believe that she would have known.

So the witness did not "walk back" her report of a woman acting crazy and saying they were "all going to die,." Rather, the witness simply changed her mind about what it meant.... as if she really knows what the woman "really" know or "really" meant.

There were also reports of a vehicle cruising the streets and taunting the people fleeing the venue, again described as "Hispanic."

The final investigation report has been released, a pdf of 187 pages, and the motive is -- drum roll, please -- unknown!
