I get the honor of having a colonoscopy tomorrow.

Well aren't you just the lucky one.

They say, "You are due for your co-lon-os-co-py in the most polite and flirtatious manner, when what they really want to say is "Up Yours".
There has to be a conspiracy of A..Ho.., every one and nobodies sister gets them as frequently as we change our ward robe.
Any way, thank you for replying.
I do hope you are well, and how about your Dad?

I wish you clarity with regard to diagnosis and hope the procedure is over quickly. I forget the name of the other one but I took a guy to the hospital that needed to have the other end looked at. They put a camera down his throat. That sounds scarier to me. The up-side was that they found nothing wrong.

Dad is limiting his habits of being an ass for the most since after being released from the hospital. He did try one stunt in which he threatened to move away but mom and I did not beg him to stay anyway.

After he noticed his stunt didn't provide the attention he was looking for he apologized to mom for doing so.

Hmm it sounds like you got the upper hand now. I wish I could make a better reply but must snooze.

I am happy you are fairly well.

So many replies I'd like to make, but I was too stressed out today.

Thank you to my amazing friends here for being who you are and for being here for me!

They are still trying to stabilize Mark's blood pressure. It goes from being close to normal to jumping up to like 221 then back down and up. They gave him a new pill to try and I hope to hell that works.

I am OK. But now that i have got my mind, body and surroundings OK for a change, seems like others are having nasty obstacles along their path. How are you?

Strength to all of you. I have some to share and it is truly not usual.

Oh it would devastate me to have my fur love leave me! The cat may take after his namesake more than the baby thus far. Emerson also shares the middle name of my husband's late brother (who I never met). He loud and full of laughter, a bit of a bull. I hear he takes after the deceased uncle!

Thank you Timely! Thanks to everyone who has prayed, encouraged and wished us well with your love and support!

The talk about the cat named Ralph made me chuckle. When we first got Kya the kitty, he was 7 years old and his name was Ralph. I thought...an elegant Siamese named Ralph? It just didn't seem to fit him at all. I changed it to Kya and he came whenever I called him, so I guess he didn't mind. I guess with an animal if you called them crap head they wouldn't mind, as long as it was said in a loving tone. LOL

For most of my animals, I always got a sense of what they wanted to be named. I know that sound weird. I once had a ferret and couldn't think of a name for her and the name Minka kept popping into my head and so that became her name.

Blue, good luck with your test today! I will be having a mammogram where they take a woman's parts and make pancakes out of them. Guess we'll both be having a fun filled day.

After my test it will be lunch with my Sister and then a visit with Mark in the hospital. Not sure what time I will be back.

Wishing everyone a good day with Love!

Kya...not a very good pic. He has nice long legs and a pointy face and blue eyes which don't show in the pic, but here he is...

PS: No, his eyes are not crossed. LOL

Kya looks lovely. Is he vocal? I've never met a Siamese cat but I've seen youtube clips... Some slaves can't even go to the bathroom without their Siamese opening the door to come and join them.

I find it strange when people give animals people names. I think they come when they decide to no matter what you call them although I think I read on ATS sounds containing the ee sound work better, supposedly.

My ex-gf hated mammograms, they really do hurt.
I'm just glad they don't do that kinda thing to guys looking for signs of testicular cancer.

Hiya Skiddy! So it is still a surprise for you then. Exciting!

Sheye, I never thought I would say this, but that was one of the best mammograms I ever had in my life! There was minimal discomfort and only on one side. The lady was awesome! Your comment made me laugh because I have had some brutal ones myself. LOL

Chels, some dogs are just gorgeous and so sweet and loving. Too much work for me though. I have had cats just about my entire life.

Light you asked if he was vocal? OMG YES! He has different kinds of meows and can be quite comical, except for when it becomes annoying as hell and you wish he would just shut up. LOL Right now his tail is swishing around the keyboard and I am typing around it.

Yes, Kya follows us to the bathroom every single time we go. He's like a puppy. Then again, all my other breeds did that too. He is such a sweet and loving boy and makes me laugh.
