You know seems these people will riot every time a criminal is shot by a police officer.

I say pay the police to stay home for a few months.

Then see how they feel when criminals are doing things totally unopposed and vigilante militias are summarily executing people for jaywalking.

And jaywalking would be reduced by 85%.
There are around 15% of the population that would still jauwalk.

One jack knifed semi truck, caused by their own stupidity, skidding at 70mph would clear these scum out fast.

Michael brown? He still assaulted the shop clerk, but that's not a crime right

Another lie, in addition to the one having him 'assaulting' the officer from thirty yards away, on his knees with his hands up, begging him not to shoot.

Exactly. Oh look, theres a peaceful demonstration protesting against police brutality and for human rights.

Call out the riot geared thugs, draw a line, push them around until one punch is thrown, declare a riot and assault the demonstrators, but first, make sure the media is in attendance to film people running from clouds of tear gas, at night.

Instant riot on the 6 o'clock news.

I love how they release the verdict on a Friday.

More proof they want to divide the people.

Wouldn't matter. These people seem to not have jobs as they riot any day of the week.

Using a lie to try and prove something else is a lie is kind of a fail.

Prove that was a lie. Oh you can't, conveniently there was no court trial.

But if there was the eyewitness statements would have to come out, let alone video evidence, which they will never show... and forensics which will never be addressed...

The eyewitness statements have him gunned down after complying with officer command to put his hands up.

"Hands up!"

"Don't shoot".

Its easy to call people liars , the liars are those covering it up. If there is nothing to cover up, then have a trial and prove it to the people who are literally seething down there, again, from more police killings, again.

Tell them theres no need to examine all the evidence in open court.

Unless it's a company truck. Most companies govern their tractors at 65 mph because insurance. Now, an owner/operator setting his/her gubner at 85 or so, and hauling hazmat in a tanker... something flammable or with a big 7 on it... now we're talking!

The eyewitnesses that recanted and/or changed their testimony? The forensic evidence that completely disproved the theory that he was on his knees with his arms raised? All that evidence that was introduced? And then released to the public?

Yea, I'll stick with that stuff as opposed to your fantasy-land scenario where none of that happened.

There is no evidence without due process (like in a trial). Thats what trials are for, to get it all out in the open on the stand, sworn testimony, under oath , cross examined by both sides and forensic experts.

What you just did is called cover up. And those people there know it.

Indictment or presentment by a grand jury for capital crimes is part of the Fifth Amendment. A grand jury is part of "due process" as you term it, since it's part of the legal process for capital crimes.

Grand Jury testimony in Missouri is sworn testimony, given under oath.

Trials are for somebody that's already been charged. If there's not enough to charge a person to begin with, the cry of "eff it, take them to trial anyway because reasons" doesn't fly. Or shouldn't, anyway. Whether that person has a badge or not. You can't cry about the need for due process in one breath and then demand that due process be violated in the next breath.

So no, what I did was not call cover up. All I did was point out that mountains of evidence and testimony were released after the grand jury finished their job. Somehow you're trying to twist me pointing that out as me saying it's a cover up, and that it's somehow a cover up to begin with.

This isn't a Michael Brown thread. I know that's a topic near and dear to your heart, so you're welcome to make a thread about it if you'd like to discuss it for the umpteenth time.

No, not at all.
Yes there were a few road blockage incidents, and several events canceled, And a mall that closed for about 30min. But so far its just been alot of broken windows downtown and in the Delmar loop area. Yes they were throwing rocks and piss filled water bottles at the police, and there have been about 80 arrests. Now, I have heard that Antifa showed up late saturday, so we'll see how the week will progress.

Hands up dont shoot was a lie. Completely fabricated by Mike Browns friend. Read the transcripts from the grand jury. Nothing happened at all like the thugs claimed it did.

Until something is done to address the problem with police shootings in this country, cities are going to burn.

Do you expect the people who have to worry about things like this daily to just sit at home and do nothing?

Can you also post how many police have been killed by white guys than black guys?

If there's not enough to charge a person to begin with,

Only thing a grand jury hearing is to decide is if theres enough evidence to go to trial. A body in the morgue riddled wth cop bullets is that evidence.

Someone is gunned down dead, the people are rioting over the systemic injustice.

Their cup runneth over...

Now another 'ex' cop is acquitted of killing another unarmed black man.

Michael Browns 'case' has everything to do with that.

Its easy though for the corrupt justice system there to find any number of their officers not guilty, with or without trial. Both cases in point.

Easy as well for the LEO members right here also chiming, "Move along, move along, nothing to see here".

Rioting is the only manner to REALLY get attention. Make no mistake, MLK marching didn't bring about change, it was the less reported about people tearing ### up that brought about Civil Rights.
