Interesting that as at 1996 US was purportedly still #2.

The figures are dated, but they're on the right track - strategic/operational rather than rustbuckets.

Who would be the most flagrant misuser of arms limitation treaties in the period 1996-2003?

That last link posted by salem is good, but the figures on most tables are wrong, for instance, the UK has 4 operational vanguard class SSBN's and have no air-delivered nukes, the UK also stores spare missiles, i believe there are over 100 spares which could be launched from facilities.

My personnal thought on the subject is that US and Russia are equal in that matter, but Russia is more subtile thought.

My opinion

Yup. Look at those flags. With the exception of India and Pakistan wouldn't you say that's the New World Order? The UN Security Council?

India was the Jewel in the Crown. She's Hindu. She's allowed to have weapons. She keeps back the extremists. Unfortunately, Pakistan thought they were aimed at her.

See the way things work now?

China and Russia ?

There are a few different flavours of NWO on offer to today's NWO consumer.

Most assuredly, you wouldn't get China or Russia in the PNAC-Bush NWO package.

But there are some tutti-frutti NWO's out there as well if you look in the right candy shops.

I beleieve by rushing their Nuclear Project, they will no doubt make mistakes and could backfire on them. Maybe a Neclear Meltdown or something in that league.

You do realize that in the Arab mind, an Islamic nuclear bomb is a necessity "because Israel has one." Pakistan does not have oil, but with a nuclear bomb Pakistan, sharing its bomb with its oil rich Islamic sister countries, is in a very powerful position to command and receive oil, fighter planes, nuclear fuel, etc.---a point of view discussed by two Indian defence specialists in their book "Pakistan's Islamic Bomb.

i mean come on. they've already been nuked twice. if they didn't again it just wouldn't be cool, the land of the rising mushroom cloud. lol.

i don't think they'd try for a test, they're test run would be on a Tae Po Dong 2 multistage rocket headed for DC or for NYC.

SEOUL (Reuters) - A U.S.-South Korean plan to transfer American troops away from the border with North Korea is designed to set the stage for a pre-emptive strike on the communist state, Pyongyang's ruling party daily said Friday.
On June 5, Washington and Seoul unveiled a plan for removing U.S. forces from near the Demilitarized Zone -- the stretch of no-man's land dividing the South from North Korea -- and relocating them in the center of the peninsula.

The United States described the plan, which comes amid a deepening impasse over North Korea's nuclear weapons ambitions, as part of a wider U.S. redeployment worldwide to create a more flexible presence and reduce friction with local communities.

But North Korea's Rodong Sinmun, the official mouthpiece of the ruling party, said the long-term redeployment plan was "a very dangerous military move which should not be overlooked."

I think that by the end of Bush's 2nd term he'll have invaded Iran and N. Korea by then.

I think Bush is merely a pawn truly. I think he has so many hands so far up his ass when his mouth opens deaf people read the hands. I dont think America will be much of a power by 2012. I think were gonna slip up somewhere and piss someone off. I dont think everyone in America will be ahnilated but I think the EU will cal us a "territory" before "the end".

I believe Cheney is the powerhouse in the Bush administration. Pacemaker and all.

Bush seems to lack the intellectual rigour, the ability to speak convincingly, the knowledge of world affairs and the ability to respond quickly and decisively at times of national crisis, and he picks his nose too often.

Why can't you guys accept that the US government runs the US?

I reckon it's because you see them as running the whole world too.

Well, that just ain't true.

The US government runs the US. Bush is president. He has advisors on his team just like any other government in any other country.

But he doesn't run the World.
The UN does.
