How many more times do I have to point out to you that I never claimed I believed it.
What is it going to take to hammer that through your cranium?

Gave you a flag. It won't allow any stars for me on this thread.

Thanks. Once a thread has been declared LOL you cant put stars on posts. It's funny how different a thread seems when the stars have been removed.

for those who said it wouldnt happen...

thewest.com.au...

"Shoppers are outraged over a Woolworths mud cake that hit shelves on Father’s Day with icing that read “Special Person’s Day”.

The photograph of the cake was uploaded to the Woolworths Facebook page by a Queensland father on Sunday. It was quickly re-shared by dozens of others who called the supermarket giant out on failing to recognise Aussie dads. '

So this has gone National in Australia. To be fair, if you read to the end of the article, they also had Happy fathers day cakes, but as for all the other inscriptions, why dont they get their own day to celebrate.

Coming to a store near you..... today.

Like you say, why not have a separate day for "Special Persons"? Attempting to usurp a day that celebrates the role of the male parent rather, than that of the female seems entirely typical of the world today.

Should we assume you don't believe anything you post?

If making incorrect assumptions suits you.

Lets just get rid of ALL the holidays. Think how much less stressful life would be? Or, we could just keep one day a year and call it, THE HOLIDAY. You can make it a celebration of whatever you want. But even then, probably, someone would want to ban it.
