It legitimizes their arguments. It delegitimizes ours.

It proves we are only able to tackle their ideas with force and coercion, and not truth and reason.

It proves we are scared of them.

Worse, censorship is their tactic, not ours. Apparently we are not that different after all.

As a musician myself, I'm not fond of this idea.

I don't like the message of Neo Nazi music. It is atrocious.

I'm also not a fan of Christian music and it's message.

But some of it, musically-speaking, is awesome.

Some of the Neo-nazi metal music, as well as metal Christian bands, is very well made.

But I like to focus on the composition of the music, not the message. The message means nothing to me.
