Very interesting.
This is yet a further sign that there is a long-term, large-scale series of prosecutions being contemplated and being pursued by the special counsel,” said Stephen I. Vladeck, a law professor at the University of Texas.
“If there was already a grand jury in Alexandria looking at Flynn, there would be no need to reinvent the wheel for the same guy.
This suggests that the investigation is bigger and wider than Flynn, perhaps substantially so.”

I would argue hes done nothing but act like he has something to worry about.
He fired Comey " cause Russia"
He blasted Sessions for recusing himself "cause Russia"
He edited his son's lie on the Russian meeting in June " cause Russia"
Flynn got swept away "cause Russia"
Oh and the entire WH called this a fake story..... So fake that we now have a grand jury.

Question is will they be prosecuted?
Or will,it be a "matter"
“I hereby waive the requirement that you must have a ‘need-to-know’ to access any classified information contained in items you ‘originated, reviewed, signed or received while serving,’ as National Security Adviser,” the letter said. The letter also states that the “NSC will continue to work with you to ensure the appropriate security clearance documentation remains on file to allow you access to classified information.”

I do not think a sitting president can be indicted
A sitting president can be impeached
I could see a grand jury for flynn, or manafort
Whatever Mueller is doing apparently more than just his word is needed

Yup, it is so. Even more so since it was confirmed Trump was not the target of the investigation per Comey and the intelligence committee.
If the city manager fire the police chief, he is not obstructing any ongoing investigations being run by the department. Comey oversaw day to day operations and was not involved in field investigations.
