ATS - Breaking: Hillary Clinton's Plea Bargain?

All of that will be forgotten when the arrest warrants go out Friday for some of Trump's people. Why do you think this entire N. Korea thing is blowing up?

Why do you think your fellow conservatives are attacking everyone else under the sun instead of supporting their own candidate?

We need a forum for those who make predictions. Each thread will be entitled after the ATS member, and his/her predictions will be posts within his/her very special namesake thread.

Hopefully no one is charged with "attempted collusion to uphold justice".

But, if nothing happens Friday, I'll be skipping over anything I see you post again.

"Collusion is not illegal" is literally a talking point ripped straight from conservative media outlets. In fact, it was predicted that the conservatives were going to start using that exact line before they ever did.

Talk about not being creative and being predictable...

The collusion to impeach the first non CIA elected President? Innocent President Trump. Colluding to get rid of the do gooder? That's the only real collusion I've seen proof of.

Using your definition a police officer who arrests a person for murder would be considered a co-conspirator because he had to communicate with the suspect and read him his Miranda warning.

Yes...cuz Trump Jr. attended that meeting to explain to the representatives of the Russian Government that it was illegal to collude with a foreign government to elect a US President of their choosing?

This is the best they can come up with? And they aren't ashamed? Pathetic. Trump is the cleanest President we've had in my lifetime.

and still not illegal.

and still not able to read.

It is illegal to solicit political campaign donations from foreign entities.

Junior admitted that is exactly why he took the meeting.

That is ILLEGAL.

Please just stop pushing your nonsense, you are as transparent as a vacuum.

No - Going to Ukraine, like some Clinton staffers did, to solicit information on Trump, is illegal. Trump jr. never approached anyone and was himself approached. After he arrived he found out the agenda was the Magnitski act, he ended the meeting. Money was never sought by Trump jr.

Try again.

The lie is the illegal part . The sex wasn't.
Although in some states it may still be.
Interestingly enough the sodomy laws in DC were abolished right around the same time.
Sodomy being defined as oral or anal copulation.

en.m.wikipedia.org...

So in a 'he said he said' situation between Comey and trump and Comeys contemporaneous memos which he showed to other senior FBI agents at the time, who do you think they will believe?
What does trump have but bluster "Comey better hope there are no tapes"?

Uhm, yeah... That is what I said. The lie was the issue.

Did you read my post or?

Memos arent conclusive, regardless of who sees them after the fact. It is still Comey's words verse Trumps. However Comey already testified he told Trump he wasnt under investigation and also stated he was never asked / pressured to take a certain action.

The major issue Comey has in that realm was "leaking" the memo via a friend to the NYT while refusing to turn the memos over to Congressional committees.

Finally I am not the one who wrote the post you responded to.

Opposition Research is something of value. Junior went to the meeting to solicit opposition research. Soliciting anything of value from foreigners is illegal, it doesn't have to be money.

That is enough of this nonsense.

So file a complaint with the FEC. If they agree with you, perhaps they'll fine Trump Jr.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but nobody has ever served even an hour in jail for doing something like this.

look up the fec website
there are AO's for artist, musicians, web designers
all one would think were "things of value"
those AO's are precident

"opposition" research ,which at this point isnt even remotely proven, has no value unless the fec says it does

the "things of value" bs arguement holds no water
the fec regulation was written for money

when you are done with that look at foreign nationals "volunteering"
you again wont be happy

the BIG meeting is a BIG dud

the only nonsence here is that you do not understand how the cfr works
or how the fec works
