No. You will never, and likely never have seen me "cast judgement" without first having some concrete evidence on why I am making that judgement.

Oh really. So I am sure I wouldn't find a thread you created that made judgements on a murderer before an investigation is even complete.

Oh wait what is this?

www.abovetopsecret.com...

Oh no, say you are not making judgements about the Portland murderer based merely on things such as his online postings, and statements he made before the murders.

I mean, you say you can't condemn or judge the shooter of Scalise because you don't want to be pigeonholed, but you had no problem creating this thread, saying

"This has been reported and I'm sure most know about it, but the reason I'm bringing it up is because of the relevance I see in some of the vitriol and (at times militant) rantings on ATS and a parallel in what Jeremy Christian said while in the squad car after having been arrested.

"that's what liberalism gets you"

Is that what liberalism gets you?

Christian who was a President Trump supporter and (clearly) anti-liberalism should have opened a dictionary more often. President Trumps consistent message has been "draining the swamp" and "anti-Establishment". Well, with that let's examine the meaning of liberal."

Who are you to make these claims?

"My message is pretty clear though, that it is what liberalism gets you, according to Jeremy Christian. The culture of intolerance is what is targeted, not the President. In fact, I do NOT blame President Trump for any of that. "

How do you know what culture was targeted, if you can't make a determination in the Scalise caase when the shooter asked if they were republicans and posted stuff on social media just like the portland guy.

Whys so quick to assume motives in one case, but take painstaaking steps to not condemn this attack based on not knowing motives.

If I have said it once, I have said it a dozen times. The far left is teetering on the brink.

Mass psychosis taking hold and their violence is palpable. Hang everyone in the WH? Really? We have some sick sick individuals believing some really hyped up $hi+ right now.

CNN reported that an incident happened when Trumps Motercade was returning to the W.H. after the hospital visit.

The car hit a secret service agent that was trying to stop him. He rolled over the hood of the car.

A Secret Service spokesperson told CNN one officer was struck by the driver as he attempted to stop the car from continuing into the motorcade route. Authorities did not immediately release the suspect's name. The officer suffered minor injuries as he landed on the hood of the Gray Mazda SUV.

He was transported to a local hospital, according to a police report. The driver was arrested and charged with failure to obey and assault with a dangerous weapon-vehicle and taken to the second district police station for processing. The suspect told arresting officers he was not paying attention to the Secret Service officer but rather "another vehicle," and had no outstanding warrants, according to police. The suspect is set to appear in court Thursday and only faces a failure to obey charge.

So he drives into a secret service agent and only gets a slap on the wrist. There is more to this incident. They didn't release his name.

Very concerning and very interesting. I wonder what happened with his case today. Any info?

Sure you could.

But the facts of that case were already there.

Guys, I've smelled the hydraulic oil at FL 350 over China, the mist and smoke in the cabin....which is "normal" to them.

I've been afraid a time or two. I knew everyone onboard realized some "zen" thing about living and dying, but I didn't want to die. I just didn't. I wondered about why I did the job I did. Answer: they asked me to, and the paid me well to do it. It never changed the fear, not in those moments, pink mist coming out of the overheads...a simple spark would be the end of all of us. But it happened, over and over...after a while you got used to it.

In retrospect, I'm not sure how I ever understood that world. I guess I just lived in it, trying to survive and come home.

I type these words as a survivor of sorts. Maybe one day you too will be asked to do something which is outside of your "box". I was once.

It cost me a divorce. It did. I made more money than I ever imagined. The risks were extreme. I showed up, and I tried...every day. Those risks never went away; they never did. I look back on those times with complete amazement...and pride. Never fear...never fear the life you live.

You only get one chance!

And so I stand.

What facts were there? Do you know for certain he wasn't raped by the people that he killed? Do you know he wasn't mentality ill and therefore his statements don;t reflect what you are claiming?

I guess there won't be a trail or anything. Nope, you have already determined his motive and guilt.

Its weird cause we have facts in this case too, and yet you rushed to make a thread on one case, and are doing all you can to not condemn this one.

Strange that you would do this. I guess you don't mind being pigeonholed in some cases.

Did anybody see the embarrassingly fake New York Times article on this? They were still blaming Sarah Palin for the Giffords shooting, even though that's been debunked for like 6 years. Someone should probably do a thread on it.

Wait, let me get this straight? Some on the left won't condemn this shooter for fear of being pigeonholed? damn, the left is worse than I ever could have thought. Sick in the head.

1 guy who was mentally ill and snapped.

Nah. He wasn't mentally ill. He was filled with hate and rage and stupidity. He didn't snap. He planned every bit of it.

All libs are mentally ill.

And this is the problem people like you. You demonize the other side based off nothing more than there opinions differ from yours. People need to learn that a different opinion on topics doesn't mean your evil or mentally ill. People like you that deal in absolutes are the real danger.

I don't agree with what he said but until he starts shooting people I wouldn't call him "the real danger".

When people deal in absolutes it sets people against you. Making the other side to be evil will always lead to people taking up the sword.
It's what needs to be done right now. It will not be a long conflict and your nation would be better for it. Think of it as taking out the trash.

And what nation are you from, trying to promote civil war in the U.S.?
Not trying to promote it. Just saying it would be your nations best interest. Look at how united Turkey and Russia are, they stand proud and are not divided like the USA>

Be great like Russia and Turkey and get rid of bad American left! So great for America! Be like Russia! Trump so great! Like Russia!

UGHHH. this is worst than I thought. There is going to be a reckoning soon if that keeps up. It won't be pretty. WHy can't people support their nation, no matter who is in charge? Why have to be so mad their side did not win?

Nah. People will go nuts.

Blame will be placed.

And the wheels on the bus will go 'round and 'round.

Until next time.

Rinse, repeat.

Because this time we're in uncharted waters.

Trump threatens the entrenched elite on both sides. He's the first one to do that since Kennedy, but unlike JFK, Trump is a true wildcard.

Hence all the fear and hate...
