Sometimes you really do freak me out a bit. It's like there is a subtext in what you say that's triggering certain memories on purpose. The uncanny bit is it always fits the flow perfectly. Must be your alien implant.
I love crows. In my high strangeness peak they were used to threaten me "if you do x the crows will hack your eyes out" and basically always that instance they would start to fly creaking over my head. I think at that time they were also always three.

I was reading Reverbs' reply in another thread about computer synchronicity! I tell you, the MetaCafé has its moments!

There are moments that I swear people are reading this thread and making stories/news articles about the same topic! Not exactly our stoner in the back of class way of talking but basically saying the same thing!

Birds! At Café again! I posted in thread one about finding one lawn darted into a snow bank. I only wanted to hear one song, My Favorite Mistake then that one ended (let the next one play because it is about tripping on T&C-25!!). I skipped over to the Best of and those lyrics were going on while I typed! It is strange when things work out like! I wonder how many are missed during the day?

This is just messed up!

I'm sitting here having a hangover beer watching BPL and I look at my legs. WTF?!!!!! I have deep scars on my left leg about mid thigh. A little higher up on my right thigh are multiple scars! Uh, tho only time I've been to a doctor are for hand or feet injuries.

There are three on the right. One big one above those which looks like it was opened a couple of times.

The car impact hurt my wrist a little but what are these scars on my legs??!!!!

Only checking because my knee was twisted. WTH!!!

Very strange. After half a day, can't see the left leg scars. Now, can only see the double cut right leg.one faintly. WTH?!!

Still a bit gimpy from me kissing a car hood and was checking for visible injuries when I noticed the marks.

Not sure how to dither down me cell phone photos or would oblige you Peeps!!

Remember, I've biked most my life and snowboarded too so they are the only parts still fit!!

I recently watched the first two episodes of ST Discovery and loved it.

That was the last thing we needed. It was breaking as I went to bed. I got ready a bit early and flipped on the news. Jeebus. 58 and counting.

Humans suck! We need to leave. Vehicles into crowds, shooting into crowds, bombs in crowds,... makes living a solitary life in your apartment washing your hair look like a decent alternative.

General weirdness.

Nice time of the day as the sun rises from behind the mountains. The clouds are dark (it is supposed to rain all week). The sunlight illuminates them from sides and below. They look dark and ominous while other parts facing the sun are grey and fluffy.

I was watching a remnant catch up to the main cloud bank. Just watching it move, slowly, at a slow but constant pace. This little piece then pauses like a u-tube buffer! I'm like, huh? Then it continues on then pauses again. And again!

I don't believe in the "fake sky" phenomenon but this is just strange. Like a T&C-25 flashback (never had one despite the amount I've done), or something. Like it got stuck in time for a noticeable millisecond.

Clouds are weird. They've spooked me on more than one occasion. The thing Baddogma posted was also crazy.
Some of them even seem to interact. Maybe some aren't natural?
I don't really want to talk about the shooter it's one of those things that just shouldn't have happened. And the discussion around it is also already disgusting.

I really think that clouds, among other things, can work as vessels or conduits for intelligence to work within.

There is a lot of energy potential there, maybe that's part of the deal. It could even be that potential energy is like a coiled spring with some type of "will," that manifests more strongly when the conditions are right. Something like a relatively distributed, decentralized, large scale system (clouds).. or bodies of water, or even the planet itself.

If so, its not hard to imagine why older societies saw gods or even how new centralized, highly charged technology (electronics) could possibly disrupt things.

Of course, who knows if that's what's really going on, but I think its a neat idea. It could also imply the possibility that if we decentralized our technology and methods (which I'm a fervent advocate anyway), we might reintroduce the operative framework for everything from magic to gods.

Here is another strange one. Listening to Tom Petty because... anyway, the song "Stop Dragging My Heart Around" has disappeared off my ipod! I remember it being there as it was a cool lead in to "You Got Lucky". I listened to the thing around a month ago. Now it is gone! It is not listed as a track on Anthology. I had another copy under Stevie Nicks. Checked Wikipedia and there it is listed in the discography on the Tom P album.

I could have deleted the song but I would have to know how to do that first! It is like using a Nintendo controller to hack in to do!

Particle canvas? Those are just water clouds. Think about the strange things out there like liquid helium clouds. Wonder what could be done with those? Methane clouds? CO2 clouds. Maybe life is even weirder than we are giving ourselves credit for thinking up.
