However, in theory I’m against any kind of planned integration based on race unless it’s based on economics.

Given the way larger districts tend to be mismanaged, I am more inclined to believe it's a money decision and that the demographics are mostly incidental although they may have been of some consideration especially if the town is isolating itself from some very high crime areas.

Soo, as I read the Link, the town is mostly white, soo that means the school is mostly attended by whites, soo why is a racial issue?

Isn't majority rule? Who's fault is it that the town is mostly white and so the school.

May be to make it nice for those that think that when it comes to whites only is always nefarious and racial, the state should start moving other people of other races into the mostly white town, we can not have a town in America that is mostly white now that is unthinkable, racial integrations is the law of the land, right? only those that are none white can have their own colleges, schools and cities.

Really people, what a joke, leave the town and their school alone.

A racist town in Alabama like that's a first. Well one good thing is all federal funds can now be cut off seeing how they want to break the law.

If Alabama wants to go back to the 1950's, nothing is going to stop them at this point. I think we are going to be seeing more and more states start going their own way on things like this. I wonder if things like this, as well as other things to come in the near future, will cause migrations and exoduses from state to state, shifts in population as each state starts doing things to the detriment of certain parts of their own populations.

I see many diasporas in the next 4 years. A lot of people were tripping out wanting to move to Canada, but moving to a friendlier state is much easier than immigrating.

If you really care about your kids and thier education you wantthem to go to the best and safe schools.
They should worry about the three r's not if they are going to get thier butt kicked or watch black kids fight and disrespect teachers. So good for them besides why cant whites have thier own school .
There is the miss black america... black entertainment tv and lots of black prep schools.

I didn't say it was any better. I was just saying they made it into something it wasn't. And no, they don't want the poor white kids there either. They only want their precious elite there. Now, if a rich black, hispanic, or any other rich kid for that matter moved in, I am sure they would not mind at all as long as the tax money came with them.
