As a Muslim this is what I feel about the migrant crisis in Europe

My logic speaks for itself. If a society is not a mix of different cultures there will be no friction between different cultures in that society. Is this rocket science?

There will still be friction in the world but that was not the subject. The subject was immigration. Why so daft?

I have a dear friend who lives in Malaysia but works for long periods of time in the USA who happens to be Hindu. When he is in my country he does lots of things that are considered taboo by his religion (eats steak, has drinks at the nudie bar, etc.). I asked him once how he reconciles all of it and he said that "When in Rome do as the Romans do" to fit in with society- but purify yourself when you get home. I sort of understood what he was saying at the time but now I see it as very wise.

Yeah right, I bet he loathed every minute of it. When in Malaysia do as the Romans do, otherwise they will beat you with a stick.

They operate on feel-good ideas not reality.

They think that if they put people of different backgrounds together everybody would just get along.

What is lost in the "from Africa" part is the fact the Continents were so close together it was one land mass and quite likely Africa was the center of said land mass. The plates shifted over time explains a lot about the actual diversity of skin and hair. AFTER the plates shifted the peoples became isolated and like any species, experienced change the other groups isolated in a different environment to specialize in surviving there.

In general...I'm with you! Not every people can coexist peacefully and (sorry to say) but there are some Muslims that can't exist with anyone but their own. We may all be human, but the lifestyle, rules, beliefs are too vast and different for everyone to live in peace together. Some of us are better off at a distance. We can tolerate in moderation...but not constantly. That is why our lands having the rules and immigrants conforming to our locations is ideal. If you don't want to live as us...don't come here. And if you come here...don't try to change us into something we are not.

Did they even have the word "Race" in 1AD hebrew? or just goyim and gentile? Where someone hailed from was likely an indication of race, similar to saying english, german, oriental. getting off topic though.
