Even if you are pro-life...you can't cherry pick "dead babies". There is so much that goes into "dead babies" that helps live babies. So much scientific research that benefits our economy greatly.

I think that's a broad stroke of the Pen to call me Non Open Minded. This is one of those issues in life that I'm very passionate about and there's no room for sway. I'm very open to music, love, justice, and other peoples way of life. And that's just it, I care for life and other peoples well being. I see some of the good in PP and I also see very vile things that make me want to puke. Absolutely we have different opinions, and I've bit my tongue on this issue for a long time. just bc someone is pro choice or even has had an abortion before does not mean they do not care for life and others well-being. Yes, i do think that sometimes people have abortions for selfish reasons, but for the most part, its bc they are not ready to have a child or are a child themselves.

However, people should get the choice to be selfish or not and people like you and other pro-lifers need to stay out of their business and keep to themselves. If you dont like abortions...dont have one. It really is as simple as that.

I think it is not a great choice either, in fact i chose life in a situation most would abort. I could never abort myself, and anyone who is thinking about it better not talk to me bc I will plea and plea not to do it and back it up with good reason.
However, I am pro-choice. I do not want to force my beliefs on others legally.

I am pro-life for myself bc that is really all i have control over, i would have a child even in a rape situation and I am pro-choice legally.

Perhaps we are actually very similar but anyone who is pro-life legally and wants to push that on everyone, it doesnt matter how nice or empathetic you think you are...you are pushing YOUR beliefs onto others and its NOT RIGHT!

well, if you can expand your mind to follow all of this, there is your own life, what you choose to do with it bc you have free will, then there is the legal system. Laws you must abide by or you go to jail.

I could never get an abortion (pro-life if you want to call it that) anything ever happened to myself, that doesnt seem to matter much in the grand scheme of things bc its the legality of it that pro-lifers are pushing for. They want every woman to do what they would do. The difference btw me and them?

There's no evidence James. Interview's never took place ( unless felonies of course ) Nothing can be proven. Planned Parenthood doesn't kill babies (fetus') and life ( if you're lucky enough ) goes along as it should.

First of all you called us "abortion nuts". If there was expansion of your mind you would understand that no one is an "abortion nut". No one is Pro-abortion. The term is "pro-choice".

then...maybe expand a little more to say...maybe we should keep it safe and maybe, JUST MAYBE..its not so bad if the woman is too young, wants to plan or does not think she could be a good mother.

Then, to align with your thoughts (maybe we could do this together), take your efforts out of demonizing abortion (bc there really is no better alternative) and put your efforts into making adoption attractive. Help to create of donate to adoption agencies. Help mothers who think they have no choice to adopt. Blog about the joys of adoption and how 9 months of your life (to house a child) is nothing to the joys you will be giving to a mother who cannot have a child.

See...you can be practical about abortion and put your efforts elsewhere instead of looking like a pro-life fool.

Yeah. I don't know very many women who have had an abortion and said they enjoyed every minute of the experience and can't wait to do it again. Most say it is a VERY agonizing decision to make and they would prefer not to have to do it, but economic situations are tough these days. Not everyone is in a position to raise an unexpected child in this day and age. Especially if you live in a major city where most other citizens would sooner spit on you than help you raise your child.

This is why the term is Pro=choice. We are ok with a woman making the decision on her own. Let her come to terms with it between herself, her god (if she has one), and her friends and family. It isn't MY business to make that decision for her as I know nothing about her financial or living situation.

On top of that, many pro-lifers are HUGE hypocrites after the baby is born. All they care about is not murdering it in a woman's womb, but many to most pro-lifers are conservatives who want to take welfare benefits away from the VERY women they want to force to have the child. PLUS the adoption and care services for women who don't have an abortion and can't take care of a child are extremely weak in this country. Abortion is ultimately the best decision considering all this.

Just wait and try again when you are in a better place in your life to provide for a child the way it is supposed to be.

Also, most pro-lifers are ANTI-birthcontrol. With Obamacare alone (which offers free birthcontrol) the abortion rate significantly declined.

I talked with a person like that on this board and her suggestion is for people like myself (pro-choice and pro-free bc) to take my efforts and donations to programs that will solicit free birthcontrol that are not govt. owned so her tax dollars would not be paying for it.
