Nunes: The IC collected information about US citizens in the Trump transition.

Who was in charge of the IC at the time?

Obama.

Nunes: Details about members of the incoming administration with little or no intelligence value were widely disseminated in IC reporting.

Who was in charge of the IC at the time?

Obama.

Nunes: I have confirmed that additional names of Trump team members were unmasked.

Who was in charge of the IC at the time?

Obama.

Nunes: None of this surveillance was related to Russia, or the investigation of potential Russian interference in the election, or Russian ties to the Trump Campaign.

Obama spied on Trump.

Yes.

They can't accept that their current hero Nunes has shot all their fringe theories to swiss cheese.

(Who knows which Trump surrogate is working for Switzerland? Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Portugal ... what's next?)

You've told us for days that we can't take Trump literally.

When he said "wiretapping" he meant "surveillance."

You insist on saying that "surveillance" is "spying."

So you've made the argument, for days, that "spying" and "surveillance" and "wiretapping" all mean the same thing in relation to President Trump's tweet ...

Yet, when I say THE SAME THING ... I'm lying?

LOLOL

I think we are getting in to the same arena of "it depends on what the meaning of the word "is" is".

YES!!! Indeed we are.
Hurrah, another that agrees that Trump was not lying.
You see, we can all come together in the end.

Okay, so you can admit too there was no spying on Trump in Trump Tower?

Wow, you're right ... miracles do happen!

What would be "substantiated" to you?

You're trying to conflate policy with the direct orders of Obama admin cabinet members and in doing so imply that Obama actively sought to go after the Trump campaign.

No matter how you try to spin it, you cannot prove your assertion.

If you could prove it, I'd be outraged as well. But you cannot.

You are trying to create a specific narrative and are failing and the very start.

I figured you would like a WND link, but it was the one I had hand in my notes with the Nunes clip where he went down the list of all the ways Obama spied on Trump.

Are you telling me that's a fake Nunes in that video?

A statement from the committee to that effect. After they have been presented with the evidence. It is, after all, a committee. Right?

Mind you, I'm not suggesting Nunes lied. But he may have been ...overzealous...in his attempts to vindicate the president's silly tweets. He have not have paid as much attention to what he was seeing as he should have.

I was not speaking about anything Trump has said.

I was referring to your pathetic attempts at propaganda.

I did not say "the direct orders of the Obama admin cabinet members". That we do not know and can not yet say, and given that I did not say it, I don't have to prove it.
I said the Obama administration was spying on the Trump campaign.

So, when you asked the question about Nunes' info being substantiated, you already knew that the Committee had not heard the evidence yet nor the closed-session testimony of Comey and Rogers?

Why ask the question?

You were referring to parsing every word for exact meaning.
As you think it so silly I assumed you would not be such a hypocrite as to hold Trump to a standard you think silly when applied to someone else.
I'll assume you agree Trump was not lying as opposed to being a hypocrite.

I'm telling you that Nunes doesn't say what you're saying he does.

Nunes, on Friday stated (and I am not quoting) that there was no illegal acts involved in the documents he went running to the White House about (and if there was illegal "unmasking" it would be, er, illegal).

He said that there was nothing to substantiate Mr. Trump's tweets.

He stated that he was not going to reveal his sources (which makes him "Fake News" in some people's eyes here).

Etc. etc. etc.

Seriously though ... you have to keep "notes" to keep up with conversations? LOL.

If the orders did not come from the Obama admin or we do not know who ordered it, how can you make that specific claim?

I said the Obama administration was spying on the Trump campaign.

I know. Which cabinet member ordered for that spying to take place? It appears you claim we do not know what we need to know, but you know that which we do not know.
