It's definitely click baity but wow, this is some next level click bait given the implications. CNN and the four people who put their names to this piece might have covered their asses later in the article but even so, it smells like maybe somebody from inside the IC is trying to send a message to the WH through the media.

Either way, they really went out on limb with the insinuation given what they're reporting. This is only slightly less brazen than Brett Baier's election-week would be bombshell about the Clinton email investigation that was partially walked back within 24 hours and never reported on again after that day.

IMO, the implicit nature of some intelligence agent trying to leak something to CNN is exactly what they want the reader to believe. However most of us here have learned over years of pouring over "slightly off" articles and websites have learned to take it worth a grain of salt. We all should know better. Average Joe Newsconsumer does not and that is what they (MSM of both political wings) bank on.

It is my belief that sedition certainly applies and not just on the left side of the spectrum. I would say they are actually doing and their attempts are bearing fruit.

There was no 'may' or 'could' in Trump's tweet.

The only thing about Trump's tweet that remains unproven is whether or not Obama himself ordered the wiretapping, which he has denied.

Obama himself never denied the existence of surveillance.

I hate Fox news, always have. It does the same thing. I think they should take away all the licenses of the major networks who do this. Fox included.

I was usually a Democrat and more liberal than conservative all my life. But I do not want to be associated with the Liberals or the Democrats anymore since they have got so corrupt. The conservatives do things to slow change down, that is needed. I did not like all the stuff they pulled on Obama before, but that is nothing compared to what the liberals are doing now.
