I will tell you the truth. Unequivocally there are black people in the Bible. However, there is a twist. The Bible is predominantly about white people. Perhaps that is because you are reading an English Bible. My Cepher reads Mattithyahu, Marcus, Lucas, and Yahuchanon. If you read Japanese or perhaps German I am quite sure they would not be fine English names.
