Im sure Hannity had permission and it was unloaded in that case...

The 1st Law:
The Gun Is Always Loaded

2nd Law:
Never point the gun at something you are not prepared to destroy.

Huh?
Who says a gun is always loaded?

Really? I'm not a gun-type, and even I know that!

Are Canadians allowed to own guns?

Yes.

Are you sure?
We sleep better at night believing that Canadians not allowed to have guns.

OK, sleep tight then, Snookums.

I'm not sure if you're being nice or not.
Never been called snookums.

But since you're Canadian you are probably being nice.
I hope you sleep tight too.

Hoser.

Really, really #ty of Hannity. I probably would have lost my job as I would not wanted to have left those premises until I broke that assholes jaw for having zero regard for firearm etiquette. I don't care if I just watched him drop the mag and clear the chamber and left the slide in open. You just do not #ing do that, no #ing manners! May as well just spit in someones eye!

Somehow I find it hard to believe that one FOX employee threatened another with a firearm and still has his job.

Really?!

Got a REAL police report, seeing as you are claiming this was a REAL threat?

No, just another FNS?

Uh, where did I claim that it was a "REAL threat" again? Here's what *I* actually said:

It doesn't seem that he was actually threatening Williams per se, but still, wtf? It is exactly the sort of moronic, yahoo behavior I'd expect somebody claiming his firearm bona fides to frown upon.

You just posted an article IN BOLD, with the insinuation that he pulled a gun on someone.

OMG, a negative story with a obscure connection to Trump, quick post it.

Jesus dude, stop with the liberal fake news copy and paste already.

This is ATS, not Facebook.

If I want to be emotionally manipulated I will head over to the crybullies at Huffpo.

There are two main things that disturb me about the report as it stands. First, the reportage claims that Hannity pulled a gun on a co-worker, described as a liberal contributor. Well, that is bogus for a start. There are no liberal minded people working at Fox, because no one who has even the remotest decency or compassion would be seen dead getting paid by that horrific, right wing dross peddling corporation.

Second, I do not care if Hannity was born with a gun in each fist, the first rule of gun safety, known even by people who have never touched a firearm with a functioning firing mechanism (I had a damned good look around a British Army L85A2, which had part of its firing mechanism removed at an Armed Forces Day event in town), is that you never point a gun at something or someone unless you intend to destroy the target, or in other words, always keep the gun pointed in a safe direction. There are other important rules too, like always assuming the gun is loaded, even if you are sure it is not.

Furthermore, shining a laser at someone has risks all of its own, as anyone with even rudimentary understanding of their operation knows all too well.

Basically, Hannity is an idiot for doing what he did here, and ought to think about getting retrained, or just some therapy.

Thanks for posting another example of CNN fake news.
Sensational headline not representing what actually happened.

I am a gun owner that believes no gun should be pointed at anything you do not intend to destroy, EVER!

However, with Juan now speaking out I wonder exactly what took place. If Hannity and Williams have no problems then this is just a CNN hit piece, period.

CNN seem to be making an effort to ramp up their fake news... perhaps they realise it hasn't been working to date so they need to go further.

I'm so glad to see someone posted this from CNN as a "real" story back before it was debunked by Sean and Juan. I hope Trump mentions this story to CNN in his next press conference. So classic.

You understand how laser sights work correct? Assuming it wasn't installed by a half starved ebola-infected monkey with a traumatic head injury, the little red dot appears roughly in the same area as the bullet is expected to hit the intended target.

I'm really starting to appreciate your new non political posts....pure gold!!!

Hannity can pull out a real gun, point it at a real live human being and - crickets... Fox has no problem calling out Snoop Dogg though

Part of me wants to use the word ironic, but it's not at all ironic - it's just indicative

I wonder how long it will be before we have a "Minister of Information" deciding what "news" is worthy of being disseminated on Only state approved media.

You already have something similar with liberal media deciding what is fake news and actively tagging dissenting voices as such.
