Again, you are incorrect. We have no idea why those agents provided these people with an I-407...considering the process that is supposed to be involved with signing it I doubt it had anything to do with the EO as there was ZERO wording in the EO to impact greencard holders status. I am fairly certain that a holder has to request the form and can't be offered it but I can't confirm that.

They also did not revoke existing visas for people already in the USA. Only for those traveling TO the USA. Nobody in the USA was in any way impacted by the EO. I think it was slightly over 100 people who ended up being impacted as they had already started to travel and were unaware their VISA was in the process of being cancelled. The court case was to allow them entry into the USA because they were already here. (This was the judges initial stay)

Sorry I've already answered this somewhere else. It is possible that it was racially motivated. I didn't say it was. Odds are she was faced with an unfriendly border agents. There are a lot of them. Seen a lot of comments about Canadian border agents being d*cks as well.

The glitch was there in December. The same person was asked about it months later. That is the definition of the word "since"...

So the border agent asks about the December glitch, we have no idea how she/he asked.
She/he could have said "Your passport is still glitching and has been since December" or "I see that your passport glitched in December"

I hope you haven't come to these opinions by reading the right-wing fascism and bigotry on ATS. Those people just want to make America white again, even though they deny it. Trump has brought out the worst in Americans.

Central Americans and Mexicans for the most part, come here and work extremely hard. It's true. So look on the bright side - they will blow the snow off your property, put a new roof on your house, clean your car, and make your dinner if you want. All within your price range.

The restaurants and food here is incredible thanks to them. And $20 an hour? That's laughable. They will charge you next to nothing, and you'll offer them more than they asked for usually. I do.

They are quiet here, and go about their business. That may not be true in all states, I know in some areas like California, they have formed gangs like many other people.

But it's really nothing to be angry about. Get to know them. Most of them are great people.

I will be blasted for this, because ya know, haters gonna hate, but you have nothing to fear from these people.

ok if u live in california go drive up to your nearest Lowe's or Home Depot and see what they are charging for labor. for the past year they have been demanding 20 bucks an hour in my area in northern california. theres used to be around 30-50 illegals hanging in the parking lot looking for any work they could get and eager to get it. now your lucky to see a dozen of them there. u may not believe it and maybe its different in your region, im not denying that, but where i live that is the current situation and has been for over a year.

I don't doubt that Scale. I have relatives in L.A. and they have described some things to me that I don't see here.
Here, they are very poor-looking. Hispanics with money don't come here. For example, I see a family in the grocery store, poorly dressed, the father is dirty from work. They are very quiet, don't say a peep, because they don't want to be noticed. The children are well behaved. (Unlike some other children you have to dodge shopping carts or some child running it down the aisle will run over you with it.)

But I cannot speak for the border states. I wouldn't pretend to. I know it's different there.
