"Real" alien pic shuts down 4chan

I think this is the original image.



I think it's been taken from a thumbnail.
I dunno if anyone has the clear larger version.
I think this is why the fakes were shilled. To muddy the water.
I had my suspicions about this image from the beginning.

Also it has reptile looking skin..too blurred to call for scales though, but my guess would be yes
It's humanoid.
It's not posing for a "selfi"

Not sure about this one, can't say as that it induces any feelings in me, looks quite similar to the aliens in the movie 'Fire in the sky'. Skin looks more 'fetal' like than scaley. It does tick all the other boxes though.

I'm pretty sure there's a larger version going about, I've seen this one a few times now, I'll have a look and see if I can find a full size picture with the background on it

The image, widely distrivuted (and to my mind, all the images shareed here that are like it) was a 3D Model made by someone trying to remake what he saw. It is a 3D render. The background is one he found online. The supposed real image had an alien standing in front of two trees, one bearing leaves and one bare.

It does look more like something that was caught on a cam while it was moving, the others all look like they were stood still

Not saying this isn't a version of the original image, but early descriptions of the photo said it was incredibly high resolution / many megapixels in quality. Surprisingly high quality. There was a post way earlier in this thread mentioning these descriptions.

That being said.. if this is a version of the original photo, it would definitely support the trail camera theory. This looks like something just passed by the camera as it was snapping a photo. I've never worked with trail cameras before... do they have high quality pictures or is it more like security camera footage?

No, it was a poster named RandyMoskovich. He stated in an earlier post that a 4chan user sent him the pic and it was vomit inducing stuff, almost like the pic was a livng breathing thing rather than just a picture and that it was 'not for the feint of heart'

Could have just been blowing smoke up our asses but I've requested a copy of the pic from him, curious now to whether its the one Counterintelligence thinks is the genuine one

Yeah I'm thinking they made it look like a cartoon character to throw people off. You can bet they over exaggerated certain elements...like the eyes- and if you look at the close ups in the eyes you can see the edge of the pupil is warped and stretched.

I confess to a little confusion, when you joined this discussion you seemed to be on the ball of the ins-and-outs of this story, including the fact that the 3D digital render of the alien (the one people say has chipped paint around the lips and on the neck), the cartoony one, was created by someone on 4chan to recreat the original image everyone was going on about. It was never meant to be passed off as the original (but it looks like it has been ad nauseam). Yet here we are.

I believe the eyes have always been large, raisin-like was used as a description of the texture of the eyes, more wrinkles in them than the usual, smooth eyeballs...

Never had anything to do with them either but I'm pretty sure I read they snapped the original pic in 4k resolution, seems a little high of a resolution for a outdoor camera but if it's apparently near to an airbase then I guess it's plausible.

Out of all the images I've seen floating about it is certainly the most believable, definately looks like something walking by and getting accidentally snapped by a camera, all of the others seem to be standing still and almost posing for the picture

Ah, my apologies then dude. I'm not 100% sold on that yet either, to me it looks like it's still the same as the 3D render, just having shapes of lips and eyes tweaked a little...

The actual Travis Walton story and the movie version are completely different, he was quite upset in the way the movie was handled, apparently everything that happened onboard the spaceship in the movie was completely fabricated to make the whole thing scarier.

That said though I'll dig up his original story and see if I can get a description of what the aliens looked like, can't remember if the movie ones were accurate to what he remembered or not. If they are then they're pretty close to the one in the picture




In fact, looking at them both I'd say that it is a slightly modded picture of the fire in the sky alien, almost identical


EDIT: Upon looking the picture I've shown here is of a 'fire in the sky halloween mask'. Exact same face and veiny purple shoulder lines.

I'd wager that the alien pic is nothing more than a photoshop of someone wearing the mask

Most of the mock ups had one tree..regardless I'm basing this on the most touted image that was drip fed as a distraction.

Also the one I'm calling the real thing, was hardly mentioned yet the only one with nothing coming up for the background in google.

Well you got me, that's definitely the alien in the image IMO.. didn't look as similar when I watched the clip online

Looks like someone most likely did wear that mask..and literally took a selfi (or it's just a copy paste from the movie). The markings on the neck fit.

Well done, you just made me look like a right tool lol

Unless....Walton gave such a damned good description to the movies special effect department that they got a near perfect reconstruction
