ummm travelers dont have constitutional rights until they get through customs and officially here. Until then they have standard international rights. they dont have a constitutional right to be here.

I think it's more to do with the fact that Trump is discriminating against people because of religion , the courts obviously have a problem with the EO so Trump should have admitted defeat and redrafted the bill , instead he's chosen to go to war with your judiciary .... disgraceful.

So now he can redraft another EO. Now he can just say those judges unable to see top secret briefings were stupid and he can pass a Eo that coveres Relgion and removes the exception so everyone is blocked no matter relgious leanings.(if his people have any sense)

What else can anyone expect from these lower hack courts. They need to keep this moving as to expose the full nature of our ate up rule from the bench make it up as you go personal opinion wins the days foul ass judicial/political system.

Insulting the court? The court is not even recognizing established law or the constitution. This is simply the butt hurt establishment dem and repugs getting even with Trump and calling political favors.

The judge that made that initial ruling was out of bounds. And the court that heard the appeal was in of all places.....SAN FRANCISCO. Comical. If this went to the supreme court Trump would have probably like a 90% chance of winning. But Trump isn't taking that route because they want a 100%. It's going to take a bit longer but he will absolutely win.

Also the fact is that there is real and actual constitutional backing behind the executive order in questionand there is also real and actual laws in place backing Trumps executive order.

Finally, (and I'm sure you have been asked to show this several times and you cannot) please show me how the order discriminates against a single religion.

The order is a blanket ban across entire nations no matter race or religion. There are like 39 other Muslim majority countries so why didn't this supposed Muslim discriminating EO apply to those countries?

the 9th is the most over turned appeals circuit in the US. Because of their liberal judicial activist judges ignoring the constitution and the law.

As a prime example the loons out west ruled gun ownership was not a constitutional right.
