I had OBE once, was a bit terrifying, I watched myself from above, it's like my body was on autopilot.

farthest I got was flying over my house.. IT was so FREEING... everything was glowing silver and I had so little weight to me I think I had weight whatever but I lost control my consciousness went back to my body..

What I witnessed outside my body was later shown to be accurate.

I flew through my window too which felt like cold jello.. haha.. that was hard to maintain consciousness through and probably what led to the quick destabilization.

I wasn't asleep, there were others in the room, interacting with my container.

Granted I had chemical help to achieve the state.

by the way imagining doing things like say imagining aiming a rifle is seen to have positive effects on actually aiming a rifle at the rate of half one standard of deviation.

I sort of knew that because the Army had us doing all kinds of "jedi mind tricks" without telling us that's what they were.

one of them was mind over matter. Day one you do 23 pushups and "can't" And then next day you do 39 before your arms actually just give out and your face hits the ground.

dude they went all out back in the day researching this stuff.. Tried everything under the sun.. "learning while asleep" psycho kinesis meditation hypnosis altered states of consciousness....

If that was penned by a CIA official, it is an important document.
I have not seen the original and I know that many things that come out in declassification dumps, are also from secondary contractors and even documents from people mailed in that get analyzed and released as well.
Was the preamble and heading of that document sourced from a CIA office and/or signed by a CIA employee? Thanks.

BTW: I was able to read the PDF you linked. Looks legit... It could be a report by contractors, but it was official business.
