We can only hope the most important crumbs are saved. Alien life for example or the evidence for those who have governed over us and have much to hide.

The only reason I can see them holding onto the crumbs at all would be for personal and most likely selfish reasons to be used as a bargaining chip later on.

they are talking about a radio tower being used to broadcast anti Uganda government messages I think.. And what they should do about it..

Government does have a small modicum of responsibility to the people still. Even the CIA. While I've no doubt we will never get a full and accurate representation of some of the more outlying stories. People with the fortitude and aptitude will continue to dig and try to piece it together.

If not for that, I think the People would have already made attempts to take them out. They like to do it slowly, and maticulously. Brain washing techniques is what they've always preferred because slow works so well on the sheep population. However the effects also appear to be wearing off as more awaken. The truth is out there and will prevail to some degree.

There are also quite a few documents regarding MKULTRA.
