Unnamed and, at the very least, used as a source by a paid partisan. As mentioned, the NeverTrump's threw in with Evan McMullin, former C.I.A. Is this a buddy of his? Don't worry, just look around the web. They still believe ot, or they feel that it is ok to spread fake news because Trump is bad.
