Russia isn't a third world country, nor does it have a third world military.

You can't ship hundreds of thousands of men and their equipment across the Atlantic in 2 weeks, let alone have them ready for combat within that time.

Your military might be good, but that's irrelevant in a nuclear war. Why do you keep ignoring this inevitable outcome of your doomsday fantasy?

You are proposing an utterly ruinous war that in most likelihood would destroy our civilisation. This reaction is based on Russia, who are wrongly accused of, at worst, leaking some emails that they obtained through hacking that showed how corrupt the Democratic candidate was?

Seems like a monumental overreaction to me. "I can't have it, so no one can".

What in the world makes you think with all the money we spend for our military - which I am totally in favor of - makes you think you even have an inkling of what our boys are capable of militarily. I do have a pretty informed idea and I know those boys are that good - maybe better.

I would respectfully disagree. The Russian military is well versed in urban combat and while it might come out badly for them, they would make a ground-war on their home turf as well as ours a very bloody affair. That's ignoring their air power which is considerable. There's a reason that so many countries use Russian built planes.

I think a united Russian/American front would really rock the boat of the "people in charge." That is the real enemy, once they are out threats like ISIS disappear because the money's gone. Just look at how quickly the "protest" movement against Trump's victory petered out when the funds dried up.

That and the ongoing tension with Israel wanting to demolish the dome of the rock mosque and rebuild the temple there.

No - really - they are that pathetic. I think our kids are that good,I have seen them on parade grounds - but they are that pathetic. They posses no real threat to us in war.

If we can intercept their missiles and they cannot ours it will be, at their best, conventional war.

And they know they cannot win that. It will turn out to be a vertical envelopment they cannot survive long.

I doubt their navy will last even 72 hours.

My dad was in the 324th fighter group - my mom was 81st hospital trains -3 of my brothers were in Viet Nam. My brother in law was in Kuwait and my kid did 3 tours in Iraq. I went to graduate school in military history and I have been on more parade grounds than you can possibly imagine. I was published for my work on WWII.

Think I might know a little about what war means???? And you can believe I am liberal or not. I am telling you I am.

But I want Russia destroyed over what they did - I mean totally destroyed. NOBODY screws with the US. I will always be an American first.
