"The Milwaukee county clerk did not return an email seeking explanation for the delay in fully reporting to the state."

Source: heavy.com...

Maybe the Milwaukee county clerk's office LOST the absentee ballots?

Maybe they are trying to come up with a story that accounts for a massive change downwards in Hillary's vote totals, or trying to figure out the best way to stuff the ballots with the 22k votes they need to flip the state (and will wait till the last minute so the state gets certified almost immediately and leaves no time for a counter challenge)

Maybe Jill Stein slipped them a few thousand dollars in cash, eh?

US judge rejects Green Party's Pennsylvania recount case

A federal judge on Monday issued a stinging rejection of a Green Party-backed request to recount paper ballots in Pennsylvania's presidential election, won by Republican Donald Trump, and scan some counties' election systems for signs of hacking.

In his 31-page decision, U.S. District Judge Paul Diamond said there were at least six grounds that required him to reject the Green Party's lawsuit, which had been opposed by Trump, the Pennsylvania Republican Party and the Pennsylvania attorney general's office.

Suspicion of a hacked Pennsylvania election "borders on the irrational" while granting the Green Party's recount bid could "ensure that that no Pennsylvania vote counts" given Tuesday's federal deadline to certify the vote for the Electoral College, Diamond wrote.

"Most importantly, there is no credible evidence that any 'hack' occurred, and compelling evidence that Pennsylvania's voting system was not in any way compromised," Diamond wrote. He also said the lawsuit suffered from a lack of standing, potentially the lack of federal jurisdiction and an "unexplained, highly prejudicial" wait before filing last week's lawsuit.

not only that but he also addressed the Russian hack BS saying there is no evidence it even occurred. Me thinks this judge may have seen the speculation on why the recount push was occurring and didnt like being used in that manner.

speculation on my part of course.

The judges ruling has not only stopped any recount hopes in PA but it also completely humiliated Jill Stein as the hysterical bull# artist that she is.

This now looks over unless the Democrats can find around 30-40 faithless electors.
It's shocking though that Milwaukee,WI have STILL not published their recounted numbers.

The Recount halts, and bad results (for Hillary-Stein), are getting ZERO coverage by the CNN-NBC-ABC-CBS. I can't wait for Donald Trump's administration to unleash appropriate punishments against those fake-news organizations.

I'd say the appropriate punishment is for Trump to keep Tweeting out his announcements, and ignore the MSM as much as possible.

Just to put this out there -

Hillary Clinton did not win a majority in the popular vote. A majority would mean she secured more than 50%, which she did not. She did receive a plurality though however since we still dont use the popular vote to elect a President in the manner people are pushing she still lost.

51 popular elections take place on election day (50 States and the District of Columbia). Looking at it solely from an individual state view point Hillary won the popular vote in all of the states she carried while Trump did the same in the states he carried. Trump won more states than Clinton did. Because of that he also won more electoral votes than she did.

Attempting to use a large popular vote number from a state she won (like NY and CA) to somehow argue she won the popular vote on a national level demonstrates a severe lack of understanding of our election system. Having excess votes in one state does not mean those votes will over rule the votes from another state.

So while people will claim she won the most votes Trump won the most states and by extension has the support of most of the country / electoral college.

Trump won 30 out of 51 popular votes and no one won a majority nationwide - you are correct.
It was a Trump (and Republican) landslide.

I noticed that - the usual trick of go big on the prospect of something bad for Trump, and then go small (or not at all) when it turns out to be a damp squib. Much like when the MSM push fake news for days and then retract it with a paragraph in a newspaper or a quiet time of day on TV.

They are being a bit mysterious about the results!
They are not commenting right now regarding if there was a significant change or not.
I guess we will know soon.

Oh that is superb - Jill Stein paid for Trump to get more votes!

It appears that now the recount effort (undoubtedly with the Clinton campaign behind it) has failed miserably, just like their campaign. I think the intention was to always delay the votes for those states and exclude them, not change the number.

This is becoming more evident as now John Podesta has demanded that the 538 electoral college representatives each hear evidence of Russian hacking in private meetings... they have moved on to plan C.

Wisconsin Final Recount Results

Trump +874
Clinton +712

Net Trump +162

Jill Stein +66

This is the full explanation of changes:
elections.wi.gov...

This part is interesting:

Milwaukee County : Increase of 246 votes in City of Milwaukee Ward 34 due to a discrepancy in the original results. The total ballots for Trump/Pence should have been 254 instead of the 8 reported.

That is not really a clear explanation of what would cause such a large "discrepancy".
