She should have dumped Podesta as soon as he was revealed to be a liability like Manafort was to Trump. The guy got his email hacked and didn't change his iCloud password FFS. It boggles the mind.

As for the Clinton email server. Of course it was a bad idea (that she got from Colin Powell). Of course it was done to avoid transparency. Everyone knows that she made multiple false statements about said server. Nobody was happy with how there were no hard and fast dilineations between her, her state dept staff and the foundation.

I often wonder as people are painting the Clintons as supervillians, if they ever stop to consider that while some people would have you believe they've gotten away with like two dozen murders, they didn't kill one decommissioned email server.

Why not wipe it immediately, put it in "storage" somewhere and torch it? A tad disappointing.

The biggest problem I have with the FBI was the fiasco with Comey and the FBI office in NY. I really believe that Giuliani, Kallstrom or both were the Fox News "sources with intimate knowledge of the FBI investigation." I'm also wondering if the nature of this communication was such that they were persuading investigators? Whatever his actual role, I'd say Giuliani is tainted and it doesn't help that he's got a long history of saying "controversial things." He's a liability and he's massively unpopular with the the Left. Hopefully Trump doesn't appoint him AG. If it comes down to Rudy or Gowdy, go Gowdy.

So, you are preaching against hate and intolerance by being hateful and intolerant? Sounds about right for Anti-Trumpsters.

What's really crazy is how long the lead up to our elections are compared to other countries where they knock out the whole campaign part in a few months. Ted Cruz announced his presidential run in March of 2015. Twenty months of campaigning? That's insane.

And obscene.

I've got beef with the idea of POTUS' spending their time in office dealing with re-election, one of several reasons it needs to drop to single term limits for POTUS.

I've got even more beef with POTUS' going out on the campaign trail for 'the next one' (i.e. the way we saw Obama go for Hillary). HTF do they have time for all that. I didn't keep score, but I really got the impression that during this election Obama got to the point of doing more rallies than Hillary herself was out doing. Talk about electioneering.

You are employing your own bit of propaganda in this thread.

Trump is using the propaganda techniques Edward Bernays originated. You are giving credit to Hitler for someone else's work, why is that?

It's comparing a method -- not the actual person.

However, when people ask "How could Hitler Happen?" We're seeing it right now.

Why is it that you are the only person that even comes close to understand my OP? That's pretty scary itself!

I learned to filter out everything, but the core.

To see the "base" without the frills.

Thanks for the admission, we've watched you talk out both sides of your mouth for 12 months now, and then you admit you selectively cull what you want to use to fit your own narrative.
If Trump is comparable to Hitler then you Anne are comparable to a moron. Just saying!

Saw in interview on the net where they discussed Clinton with Giuliani and asked him what he would do if he was AG. She better hope he doesn't get the position is the gest because he immediately went on some rant about how he removed corruption in new York as its prosecutor. As far as Hillary she didn't mean to violate the law I have no doubt of that. Her problem was she made things worse with the cover up. She did violate laws and after she was out of office the best they could do was slap her on the wrist. But she doubled down claiming it didn't happen then went in front of congress and perjury by making statements she knew was false. Wasn't until the end did she finally admit she made a mistake but by then it was to late.

After your vehement denials for over a year of Hillary's wrong doing's now you see the light? Like someone else said earlier in the thread, some of you need new hobbies. Way too much free time for internet musings.

Says someone rooting for proven corruption.

Thank you for your statement, but I know what decision I had.

Please don't misunderstand me. If you voted for Trump because he was against NAFTA that's a good vote.

But you have to admit the moment he started blaming a group of people like the immigrants or Muslims he was using proven techniques for acquiring power from low-brow voters.

First of all it wasn't "immigrants" he was against it was Illegal Immigrants that he was referring to. Anyone with a brian realizes that the left and Obama allowed the borders to open wide and allow more and more people from all over the world enter this country. Many with no skills, many carrying illegal contraband, some are not good people. I believe the left wanted to import more loyal democratic voters and the fact Obama pushed for illegal amnesty supports that.

Regarding muslims the same thing was occuring. In case you missed it we have seen some serious Islamic terror attack on our soil. Our top security officials made it clear you can't vet syrian refugees yet we are importing tens of thousands. A small percentage of those surely would have nefarious intent. Add to this muslims as a whole typically do not want to assimilate in our system and for me that is not acceptable. Many support Sharia law and if you look at countries that have allowed too high a percentage of muslims into their country they go from hiding in the shadows and pretending to be your friend and as their numbers grow the truth comes out. Look at Sweden, France, Germany to see what is happening. You have no go zones all over these countries. America values and sharia law can never co exist.

Lastly it's the pot calling the kettle black as Hillary, Obama, and her surragates all painted people who didn't get on the liberal bus as racist, xenophobes, stupid, etc etc etc.

America is full of many cultures and has laws and during the last 8 years many laws have been ignored and people are tired of it.

I hate Trump. His ascension to power terrifies me.

Comparing him to Hitler in such a way is perhaps a flawed tactic however. Hitler was a terrible man no doubt, but he also brought a country that had economically and emotionally fallen, face first, into the dust back up onto it's feet. For most German citizens, he delivered, but the price was horrific. I don't believe Trump has that same capacity for the positive, but making such a comparison may inadvertently convince people that he does.

why should we believe you?

The liberals haven`t been right about anything they have said about trump.

trump won`t win the republican nomination
trump won`t beat Hillary

even Nostradamus got a few predictions right, the liberals haven`t got any right.
liberals and the MSM have NO credibility left when it comes to predicting what trump will do.

for the next 4 years I`m just going to assume that every prediction a liberal makes about trump, the opposite will be true.

oh gee what a surprise you show up.

Time for YOU to make a decision.

Pursue divisiveness based upon personal feelings, or move forward progressively and work together for a better outcome.

Ball in your court. (Not you specifically, your ideology)

I think you're confused on what the subject of this thread is.

I read a bunch of liberal nonsense referencing Hitler to Trump. Did we read different OP's?

Trump has a mesmerizing affect when speaking. It's the method described in the quote about narcissism.

But, reading the same speach in transcript he sounds like a 5 year old.

It's not a method that works on me because I am aware of it.

No different than Obama, on the campaign trail he often reminded me of a baptist preacher, as I mentioned in another post in this thread its part of the way people get elected.

Obama in transcript sounds intelligent with a clear message.

Trump sounds like a disjointed 5 year old repeating words/phrases such as brilliant, believe me, amazing, huge, etc.

All I could read was Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah .
...which is exactly how Trump got elected. The 'what' was easy. Thinking about the 'how' made people's heads hurt so they didn't let that trouble them.

And in other news, world-wide, corn futures are up.
