But they are showing every county as 100% reported.
Where are the other 32% outstanding coming from?

Of the other states, most of the states won by Clinton are also way behind in reporting:
DC 81%
MD 87%
OR 86%
WA 60%

Alaska went to Trump and is still behind, but they are Alaska, so it makes sense.

Why are mostly Clinton winning states slow to report?

I'd imagine that they need to exclude all the duplicates and dead people that voted.

The very same electorate that landed Obama in the White House has now put the Donald there. They must have seen something in the Democrat candidate that put them off voting Democrat.
Look, Mom, my guy lost too. It's not the first time that the best candidate (in my opinion) didn't win. But it is time for us losers to pull up our socks and get over it. Or spend the next four years being sad and mad. We can act like children and whine and complain or act like adults and say, "What can I do to make this a better place to live despite the fact that my candidate didn't win?"

Then Obama stole the 2008 Democratic Party nomination because Hillary won the popular vote by 300,000, back then.

I didn't hear Democrats decrying that.

In fact, in 2008, Obama sent his lawyers into the DNC Rules & Bylaws Committee and actually argued the position that no votes in Michigan should be counted. How's that for disenfranchisement?

I have seen several comments over the few days that Michigan has been called for Trump, but I have not seen it in any of the major news election results coverage.

I'm not sure it's necessary to be perfectly honest.

I was reading a few minutes ago about most of the media waiting for the AP to call Michigan and something about why it won't likely be called until the end of the month because it's still kind of close and the candidates can still ask for recounts.

The margin is large enough, though, that it won't trigger an automatic recount.

....or something like that.
