Pretty big statement that Foxnews will have to walk back if there are no indictments.

I didn't have a chance to watch what Bret Baier claims his sources told him, but if there are any indictments, I would bet that it will be some folks from Hillary's inner circle, not Hillary herself (but I could be proven wrong either way)...

Is this the final nail or the final final nail, it feels like there have been 10 of these final nails and yet nothing ever really comes out.

Actually, I don't believe that post.
The images they speak of are illegal, no matter who has them for what reason.
I seriously doubt that the real WikiLeaks would do that.

Believe this. Those illegal images have already been viewed by the NYPD sexual assault team and the chief of police and Comey. This is going to be released and people will be going to prison. So doesn't matter if any of us view the images/video.

“What’s in the emails is staggering and as a father, it turned my stomach,” the NYPD Chief said. “There is not going to be any Houdini-like escape from what we found. We have copies of everything. We will ship them to Wikileaks or I will personally hold my own press conference if it comes to that.”

“People are going to prison,” he said.

If Hillary was any other American citizen, the final nail would have been driven quite a while ago.... like July of this year, and she would have been indicted then.
But the DOJ and FBI addressed her case differently.

I'm watching a Trump rally from FL . He just said ' breaking news from fbi last night. fbi is launching a criminal investigation into clinton's pay for play scheme as SOS '. Is that so ? I may have missed it but I assumed I would have seen it here on ats first.
ETA Or did Trump just make that up ?

Trump had better be very careful, if he's just regurgitating what Bret Bair said Fox News learned "exclusively" last night from 2 "anonymous" FBI Agents.

Sean Hannity got burned for repeating something that wasn't true this week. Don't recall what it was though. But he reportedly apologized live on his show.
