I keep hearing people say "He didnt have the right to follow her", like there is a part in the Constitution that talks about this. Im not a lawyer, and law isnt my strong point.

Did the man -actually- do anything illegal? I dont think he did, but, law isnt my strong point.

As I understand the law, also not being a lawyer, neither did anything illegal. Had he damaged her car or made verbal threats to her, that would be illegal (misdemeanor or minor felony depending on the severity of the threat), and had she continued to harass him or damaged any of his property that would be illegal (same classification).

I'm discounting traffic infractions of course.... those are just offenses, not criminal acts. And this is all based on Alabama law; I would expect things to be similar in other states, but I don't know for sure.

It looked there were threats to her online from what was posted at xojane.com. She thinks the guy may behind the doxxing of her and said so in last nights interview. Said she hopes the FBI comes to take his computer.

They would take hers too.

From what I have read, the video that is going to be released is a compilation of a few different times Tara has left her vehicle at the guys residence, thrown bottles at it and harassed his girlfriend who lives there as well. Should be interesting. I would think it would have had to have been going on for a while to get someone to the point of filing a lawsuit. And, if he is smart as it appears he is, he has just been waiting and getting video and making sure he had plenty of evidence to shut her down.

At the very least, I would be he can get a restraining order and make it to where she can no longer pass by his house.

Either way, the video is supposed to be released of all of this soon, my guess is after the court sees it. When that happens she will lose any credibility she had with any of her followers...though I am sure she will say it was not her in the video...

The problem with that is that there would have to be evidence that he either made the threats himself or did so through a proxy knowingly... that last part is almost impossible to prove, although law enforcement could demand IP records of the posters who made the threats to try and identify them. If he can be shown to have made them himself, he is in deep doo-doo.

I would be amazed if they could tie him directly to anything. Actually I would be amazed if they even checked the IPs.

If he can show a pattern of harassment, that becomes a criminal case. The judge (at least here) has the ability to demand the DA consider it for prosecution. A restraining order would be getting off light.

She's destroyed any chance for her to help herself too. By lying so constantly to a law enforcement officer, she will lose all credibility with the court. Sometimes a judge will overlook lies told to someone else, but I have never seen one overlook a blatant self-serving lie told to law enforcement. Everything she says in her defense will be suspect and require definite proof from that point on.

And of course, if she starts a tantrum like the one she did with the cop, that's Contempt of Court.

My guess is she would say it was proof all men are against her and made her lose the case because men stick together. I truly think she would never admit guilt or be sorry. She will forever play the victim to anyone that will listen to her.

Ok so this shrew just wrote this on twitter:

@AngryButRight not all cis white men are terrible, just most

How is that any different than whites writing most blacks or most Jews are terrible? Unreal the double standards involved....

Wait a minute, is not Dave Grohl a white male

Probably don't want to give tara's legal team the heads up. I can wait until they are ready to share it.

I do not believe there is anything her legal team can do to stop her from being... well, Tara, aka #MotorMouth.

If she was OJ Simpson, she would have found a way to make the glove fit, just to keep the spotlight on her.

Here is a cringeworthy video recounting her marriage to a doctor and the divorce:

vimeo.com...

Women's liberation bull# about how terrible it is to be a doctor's wife seems to have led her to the abyss. Shocking.
She brags about how Tara is taking care of herself now, and has a hot new younger boyfriend. Not for long.

She would have stabbed the judge and then jumped on twitter to explain what a terrible sexist redneck he was.

Has to be an old video because she certainly has no boyfriend at all right now...not for a while.

In video she says how the south doesn't like mouthy women. Racist comments followed that. Mocks southern accent and their friendly attitude. Blames him for her aimless life. Mocks him for his hard working 250,000 salary. She admits he gave her everything, diamond earrings, vacations, but was still not happy. Finally she got a DJ job where she could talk endlessly. Watch it at your own risk, it's the same "victim Tara".

No, the judge would have stabbed himself over having to listen to her endlessly droning on about her life married to a rich doctor and how she should be able to flip off the world and manipulate everyone without consequences. Yes, the judge would commit suicide rather than go on with the trial. This woman has a God complex. Though Jesus would probably kill himself again rather than listen to her.
