As I understand the law, also not being a lawyer, neither did anything illegal. Had he damaged her car or made verbal threats to her, that would be illegal (misdemeanor or minor felony depending on the severity of the threat), and had she continued to harass him or damaged any of his property that would be illegal (same classification).
I'm discounting traffic infractions of course.... those are just offenses, not criminal acts. And this is all based on Alabama law; I would expect things to be similar in other states, but I don't know for sure.

From what I have read, the video that is going to be released is a compilation of a few different times Tara has left her vehicle at the guys residence, thrown bottles at it and harassed his girlfriend who lives there as well. Should be interesting. I would think it would have had to have been going on for a while to get someone to the point of filing a lawsuit. And, if he is smart as it appears he is, he has just been waiting and getting video and making sure he had plenty of evidence to shut her down.
At the very least, I would be he can get a restraining order and make it to where she can no longer pass by his house.
Either way, the video is supposed to be released of all of this soon, my guess is after the court sees it. When that happens she will lose any credibility she had with any of her followers...though I am sure she will say it was not her in the video...

I agree. The video needs to be 'leaked'
Probably don't want to give tara's legal team the heads up. I can wait until they are ready to share it.
If she was OJ Simpson, she would have found a way to make the glove fit, just to keep the spotlight on her.

Here is a cringeworthy video recounting her marriage to a doctor and the divorce:
vimeo.com...
Women's liberation bull# about how terrible it is to be a doctor's wife seems to have led her to the abyss. Shocking.
She brags about how Tara is taking care of herself now, and has a hot new younger boyfriend. Not for long.

She would have stabbed the judge and then jumped on twitter to explain what a terrible sexist redneck he was.
