But McCain wasn't acting all weird. Was he? I mean, the dudes weird...but not obviously odd public behavior weird. he's old and does look like he'd drop dead any second...I would probably too at that age...but he wasn't having odd public episodes which had odd explanations on MSM.

No, he acted perfectly healthy. The speculation was people running rampant with the age 4 years every year meme and they said the office would age McCain 16 years. At the time these charges were made, he was 71 years old. Trump is currently 70 and Hillary is 68.

It's a ridiculous attack, though one I'm surprised hasn't been brought up yet.

Anyways, my point is. Hillary might have a serious illness, she might not. Hopefully we get some honest information about that in the near future. Attacks on candidates health are usually without merit though. As long as they have a sharp mind, even if in a weak body... they're capable of making the decisions they were hired to make.

Fair points. Although, if HRC suffers from a neurological disorder, which she may or may not be like you said, all bets are off on her ability to have a sharp mind and execute the functions of the POTUS effectively. Which, like you said, is why it would be best to get an honest answer sooner than later. But when has politics ever been honest?

Like I said earlier, Roosevelt suffered from a debilitating illness, but it did not effect his cognition, which is really the crux of HRC's health issues.

However...WWII did happen under his watch. And from my understanding of the leadings up to WWII (for the US), it was potentially avoidable. Perhaps not fully, but perhaps Pearl may have had a different outcome, thus leading to a better hand in pushing Japan back across the PO faster and with less loss. Was this outcome due to his health? Maybe, maybe not. We'll likely never know.

Random speculation and a bit of a tangent I know, but the media and others seem more than happy in beating the WWIII drums lately....just saying...

...not like a healthy Trump seems any better though.

I ask this question with 100% respect for both candidates:

Is it possible she has HIV/AIDs?

Would it be so hard to believe given Bill's known escapades with various women?

Just a thought my wife and I discussed earlier.

ETA: Does HIV/AIDS cause seizures and weaken the immune system for illnesses, such as pneumonia, to thrive in?

HIV/AIDS destroys the body's immune system, one can contract and die from anything in that state.

People can live with it now, Magic Johnson has Aids, I think it's him, there is no absolute cure for it.

Pneumonia and AIDS would be very serious.

Lots of research has gone into Pearl. Prior to that, the US wanted to stay out of the war, we were very isolationist, and even the equipment lending we had done was rather controversial. Pearl happened as a way to get the US into the war. We knew it was going to happen, and we set Pearl up perfectly to be a loss, but not a catastrophic one. Conveniently, every ship we still needed like the carriers were in the ocean away from their escorts.

I don't think FDR's condition had any impact at all there. He simply wanted the US in the war.

Getting us into the war was the right move though. Germany and Japan has their own secret nuclear programs, and had we not run through Europe as fast as we did, they would have had the bomb. At the same time, our own project wouldn't have had the support necessary to get it done when we did. The world would be very different today if we didn't join WW2 though I wonder if it would be worse.

Good, then why not stop arguing instead of doing the "dramatic exit" thing?

Thought you were "going to have a life." Must have been short lived.

I know what you said as well. You spuriously claimed that all dehydration is exactly the same for every person, it's not, not in the causes or the symptoms. Then you tried to expand that to comment that you know something about Hillary Clinton that you just don't know.

What you said was proven to be incorrect, by your own source and a well-respected source.

... and now you're retreating to the "you don't understand what you're reading" crap? No, I don't imagine you are here to teach me anything, since I've proven your claims to be "wrong" at least twice.

You also apparently don't' understand what leaving a discussion means.

I would have been happy to discuss facts with you. However, that's not the tactic you chose. Best.

Sadly have to agree. We used it as bait. Seen with the eyes of history, it seems the logical conclusion.

I can't blame her.

I am a very private person and if I was in a position in which my personal medical info could be leaked by loose-lipped medical staff and an eager press, I would try to keep it as private as possible.

Some things are private and I have never understood why we press political candidates to release medical records.

Seems a bit nosey to me.

Really? The health of a would-be President is no one's business and we shouldn't care? Even Walmart asks about the health of potential employees. "Can you lift 50lbs?", "Can you stand for 4 hours straight?". Someone running for President should have a background check, criminal record check, drug test, medical examination and probably be checked out by a psychiatrist. If it is good enough for the local Walmart greeter...why the hell isn't it good enough for a Presidential candidate?

You folks are just desperate. I've never seen anyone so flagrantly freaking out at anything to try and stop a candidate. Lol

Of course they avoided the hospital. They literally dumped her headfirst in her van, knocking a shoe off in the process. Hilarious, as she was slumped unconscious in the van they went to her daughter's house. Completely out of the ordinary protocol.

Nah we just saw a ridiculous attempt to keep Bernie on her feet as they tried to hide the fact that she's an old woman that needs bed rest and to be waited on hand and foot, like the 69 year old grandmother that she is...

Of course, most businesses want you to be healthy, they don't want the liability of you falling out injuring yourself and scaring the customers. In her case she is too old and frail, yeah Donald trump is 70, but he seems to be in better health. Hell, some people are young and have poor health, it really has to do with your health.

Nah keep your conspiracies at bay! Pearl harbor was a sneak attack by the Japanese in a time period when we didn't have the technology we have today. We were attacked not because of a plan to fail, but because we didn't have the tech to detect only get caught. Today we have spy planes, eyes in the sky, advanced radar, fast long range planes, wider range of territory etc...

So, collapsing completely off and on is something you'd consider completely normal then? Nothing to worry about?

The use of an obvious double isn't suspect to you at all? (unless you believe someone can drop 10 years, and 20 lbs in 90 minutes)...

Time will tell.

In what I have seen of her 'episodes', I thought she displayed neurological degenerations.
She becomes 'unsynched' in both motion and verbiage. These are repetitive actions which appear without conscious intervention or defined purpose.
She demonstrates ataxia possibly dyskinesia due to medications.
These are observable in public places and have been duly recorded.
A physician on YouTube says it appears Parkinsonian.
I concur and have no credibility as a Medical Expert. I have dealt with folks being misfortunate in having this disease process. She has the presentation of most symptoms that outline the parameters of this disease. Even the pneumonia is part of the dangers incorporated in the lack of control over swallowing and breathing. (Aspiration of food into the lung.)

Personally, I want her to quit for health reasons before the election. I want Bernie.
(He may at least go to 'war lite' and domestically appeals to me.)
