Trump is an overweight, elderly man who has lived his life in high-stress situations. To think that he has probably abused drugs would not be a foregone conclusion.

If one is going to be judged "unfit" in terms of ignorant medical humor, they are both the butt of the same joke, as perhaps Sublimecraft was alluding to.
