No it isn't when it is stored on a hard drive in a manner certified by NSA.

When it is scrubbed on the unclassified server in your house that holds classified information,,, that is a whole different story.

As of my retirement 4 years ago, the FBI physically destroyed all hard drives with classified information. There was no scrubbing... they degauss them and then physically punch holes though the physical disc itself. Solid State drives weren't very common so I can't tell you the exact procedure for those

THEY do get REAL upset if you do it on an official system however and can revoke your CAC card. If a supervisor wants that.
If you expose and confidential information however...they get real nasty and you will get booted legally,much less TOP SECRET ,which is illegal outside of the Obama administrative umbrella and requires you to relinquish your position as you can never get another clearance.

Exactly. Those people, and you know who you are, are just as criminal as the politicians stealing money, because it's people like this that enable things like the Nazis to come to power. In fact, it's exactly like that. Because most Germans thought, 'well, he doesn't like Jews', but he's good for the country'. And then when they heard of the mentally ill, and challenged being euthanized and/or put into camps, they said, 'well, it's better for them. And politicians are slimy anyway. But it doesn't affect me...'

And we all know how that one ended. So I have zero respect, and it shows, for people who want to rationalize the Clintons. The Bushes. The Cheneys, and Rumsfelds, and Obamas and Blairs and on and on. If you had a whit of integrity, you'd be disgusted at what Clinton is about, and realize the crimes she has been getting away with are NOT because she's some innocent damsel in distress, but a lying, cheating, psychopathic, greedy, murderer who has the blessing of some powerful entity or entities that removes her from being charged for her crimes.

Lord knows there are enough ex-prosecutors, investigators and law enforcement personnel who had to write books to get out the info on the Clinton/Bush crimes to people. Of course, you have to actually READ A BOOK now and then...

When (and IF) anything truly shocking comes to light, she will be offered up as a Judas goat, and the New Big Worry (TM) will be that there is "no one left" who is capable / responsible / moral enough to lead us in November, so: -- state of emergency.

Then they will round up all the radicals on the right, agitating for a "second amendment solution" on Facebook, the internet or media, and whoever's left will build a new future. It's a bold, diabolical plan, and it could work.

I wouldn't cry too hard one way or another at this point: both teams are riddled with chaotic evil intentions anyway.

I think you are missing the point. The emails contain state department information since they reference Benghazi. Clinton said she only had non-state department emails deleted. She lied...and is caught. The details of the email will only make things worse. The crime and the lie is already proven assuming the information is correct.
