How many years have the African americans been voting democrat? Almost since they could vote. And How many Promises have they kept to them? Id say about 2-3 percent. just enough to keep stringing them on.

Just look at the worse inner cities in America........Detroit MI , Baltimore MD, Camden NJ, to name a few. All have been under Democratic rule for decades. What more can be said?

As my good pal Horatio cain used to say...."the proof.....*sunglasses* is in the Pudding....YEEEAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!

Yeah man, to hell with Trump trying to offer a different perspective for black America. Everything is wonderful in the black ghettos in this country.

It isn't like there is a crime problem or anything.....

But hey, let's keep voting for the Democrats that destroy every black urban community. Chiraq, Detroit, and Milwaukee are shining examples of the "help" the establishment has giving these communities.

If the people on the left really cared, would we still be in the situation we are in? Would we still be sitting at a point in history with extremely low race relations?

Check out this video. This man is the author of the book "Please Stop Helping Us" How Liberals Make It Harder For Blacks To Succeed"

Update from a major city run by Democrats..

As of 12 Noon today, Sunday August 21, 2016, 35 people have been shot in President Obama's hometown, over the past 48 hours. The vast majority are African American...ranging from age 8 to 75. These shootings don't even make the evening news anymore. Just another weekend in Democrat controlled Chicago...

It gets even worse.

All he and his supporters are doing is playing off of stereotypes. They're not talking about actual African Americans; they're talking about their stereotype of African Americans.

The black populace as a whole has fared worse under Obama.

Read this.

www.politifact.com...

The latest figures from the federal Bureau of Labor Statistics pegged the unemployment rate for blacks, ages 16 to 19, at 27.1 percent in May. So where did Trump come up with the eye-popping 59 percent? We can’t say with certainty, because Trump’s campaign, as usual, didn’t respond to our question. But Tara Sinclair, an economist at George Washington University, offered a clue. Sinclair told us Trump’s percentage probably comes from a Bureau of Labor Statistics statistic called the "employment-population ratio." This is a figure that gauges employed people, age 16 and older, as a percentage of the entire population of adults. In May, the bureau said the employment-population ratio for blacks ages 16 to 24 was 41.5 percent. Flipped over, that would mean that the unemployment ratio - although such a statistic is not published by the bureau - would be 58.5 percent. That’s pretty close to the 59 percent figure Trump cited, Sinclair noted. But there are differences between the ratio and the widely used unemployment rate, which Trump used in citing the percentage. The unemployment rate reflects the number of jobless people who are actively seeking work as a percentage of the available workforce - defined as those who have jobs or trying to find one. The May unemployment rate for blacks ages 16 to 24 was 18.7 percent. The rate for whites in the same age group was 9.1 percent. The employment-population ratio is a far broader measure that counts all civilians in its equation - even those who don’t work and aren’t looking for a job. In the 16- to 24-year-old category, it includes high school and college students who are not employed or seeking jobs. As we said, 58.5 percent of blacks in this age group weren’t working in May. That compares with 48.3 percent of whites. The percentages decrease as people get older. In other words, someone is far more likely to be working at 24 than he is at 16 or 17.

So how do you look at who is out of work. All people or just those who are still looking? I guess it depends on which side of the political spectrum you are on.

Donald Trump simply said I can offer you a difference. Obama got 99% of the black vote in 08. He got 93 in 2012. Bush pulled 9% on 2000.

So, my question to you is, what is a stereotypical black person? Who are you describing?

First, your article doesn't support your claim that "The black populace as a whole has fared worse under Obama." It keeps going back to the 16-19yr old range or the 16-24yr old age range, which obviously includes high school students, college students, and recently graduated students. I'm sure you don't think high school students represent all African Americans, do you?

Second, why should I trust your article when I can look at my own family & communities? I saw what happened w/my friends and family during the recession of the Bush years & the foreclosure crisis. I've also seen the improvements in the economy afterwards. The same goes for the crappy health care situation pre- and post- ACA/Obamacare.

I also saw what it was like when so many of my high school friends were sent to the hellholes in Iraq and Afghanistan. Most of them are out of the miltary now, with many suffering from PTSD, physical injuries, or are mentally "different" now (though the last part's not necessarily a bad thing, depending on the person).

Of course, I can only speak for my own family, friends, and communities. Because just like white Americans, black Americans have vastly different needs depending on the city, neighborhood, political beliefs, religious beliefs, etc.

So, my question to you is, what is a stereotypical black person? Who are you describing?

I linked that video because it simply plays off of the stereotypes of black people being poor, having no jobs, having no educations, having no healthcare, etc. Trump touched on all of these things in the first 30secs of the clip.

I keep hearing about the "Black Vote" as if those words should make me worry about the voting demographic of the country... Being the EMPIRICAL DATA type of person, I ran some numbers with National Census data and this is what I came up with:

So go ahead and say something racist or something that makes it seem that I am wrong in some manner and while doing all that (which I will ignore) try and check the numbers....

All votes matter EQUALLY!!!!

How can there be more Black Felons than White Felons? Black population is only 20% of the White population!

WHY?

1. Faked Statistics?

2. Racial Targeting by Police?

3. Bad Vibes from the Slave Days?

4. Democrat Social Policies?

5. George Bush?

6. Other?

7. All of the above and more?

8. None of the Above?

That's because no one cares. If they did, we would be doing something about it. The people with power ignore the real problems happening within our poor communities. Culture needs to change, and leadership needs to be ousted.

The DEMOCRATS have made Blacks/AfricanAmericans dependent upon that party to the degree that they actually make money from their suffering. Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, NAACP, etc.. would be out of business if African Americans started doing better on their own. A Trump economy would enable this to happen!

They would have to get real jobs!

To tell the truth, is really actually the truth, so far presidential candidates offer a lot of lip and then they just keep increasing the welfare system so they can keep the poor in the country, (mostly blacks) happy with crumbs every month.

So yes, what they have lose, unless many rather keep sitting at home getting crumbs, rather than work for a living, after all why to work when we have a hard working class that pay for all the social services in the nation

Only a minority of Black Americans have the change to become successful in this nation, so for many the American dream has just become that a for anybody else specially foreign immigrants dream but for them.

I love when politicians tells the truth, good for trump, is raw, ugly but at least he is not pandering to public opinion

Ok, if you're going to go the "Blame the Poor" route, then what's Puerto Rico's excuse? Talk about a welfare island.
www.economist.com...
Granted, it's a 10 year old article with some stats out of date now, but it brings up the same points you're complaining about. I think we should let the island sink or swim in the same manner you want black Americans to. Don't you agree?

For other articles to chew on, here's these:

1/3 of PR is on food stamps: www.cnsnews.com...

9 out of 10 top zip codes for SSDI payments are in PR: www.cnbc.com...

The rest can be googled with "Puerto Rico" and "Welfare Island", make sure to use the quotes (I'm not kidding, it has a ton of returns)

It's not apples to oranges. If you're going to complain about one ethnicity incorrectly, take a hard look at one of our leechiest territories.

I agree! That's also why when there are riots, the police keep the rioters in their own community and let whatever happens, happen.

The police were prepared to let Milwaukee's African Americans burn their homes and businesses down. That is until the family of the murdered African American went on TV and urged the rioters to head 2 miles west, to the White communities. After she said that, the entire thing suddenly ended... and not a peep out of BLM, or anyone else since.

I think they should both stay home and rest 7 out of 7 days. Then we'd have something.

Some elements of the KKK may support Trump and he can't control that. At least he isn't smooching a leader like we see here.

Edit to add: BTW, I hate the title of this thread. How is reaching out to offer assistance to Black voters, "Ignorant"? The subject of this thread should be labeled as such. Good grief.
