It's truly unbelievable how ridiculous Hillary lovers are.

Every single anti-Trump thread on ATS, is pretty much what IF made up BS. They are never discussing facts, but are only trying to take Trump's words out of context, in order for them to be able to bash him. It's honestly really pathetic.

I recommend people not to waste their time on nonsense such as this, and let a selected few Hillary lovers to discuss this with themselves, when, they do not want to participate in threads with pure facts against their cult leader.

The magical thinking involved in interpreting "[there is] nothing you can do, folks. Although the second amendment people, maybe there is. I don't know", to mean advocating assassination, has reached twilight-zone levels.

Even if he did imply "2nd amendment folks" could take matters into their own hand, something you could not know without special access to Trump's thoughts even despite your half-baked deductions, then well done, you have only proven yourself to be humourless in condemning a man for kidding around. Worse than your gimcrack attempts at journalism, however, is the complete dismissal of the rest of Trump's speech, all 99.9% of it, which now lays absent from your tawdry scrutiny.

May 23, 2008 Categories: HRC Hillary cites RFK assassination in explaining why she's still in race

Hillary Clinton today cited the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy during the 1968 presidential campaign to explain why she was remaining in the race despite long odds. "We all remember Bobby Kennedy was assassinated in June in California," Clinton told the editorial board of a South Dakota newspaper. " I don't understand it," Clinton added, alluding to the calls for her to quit. Clinton made the statement after pointing out that her husband didn't lock up the nomination until June of 1992, trying to point out that, by past history, it's not late in the campaign.

The spin:

UPDATE: Clinton's campaign has put out a statement in her name, apologizing for the remark. "The Kennedys have been much on my mind the last days because of Sen. Kennedy and I regret that if my referencing that moment of trauma for our entire nation, and particularly for the Kennedy family, was in any way offensive," she said.

The meaning:
Anything can happen even if it is a (long shot) /pun

Using Hillary to justify Trump.

Doesn't work.

Get a grip? That's really the crux of the matter isn't it? Some people want to get a grip on a gun and overthrow, or stop, the government, in this hypothetical case from the appointment of Supreme Justices, with their "well regulated militia". They really think that this could happen!

The POTUS needs to be a man/woman with the ability to communicate effectively...Trumps inability to make an unscripted statement without correction from his 'camp' is alarming and potentially dangerous not only for the American people but the world.

As we know, the POTUS with a word, can effect the economy and global security....scary....no joke.

Yes, in the very early days of Obama's presidency he made a couple off-the-cuff remarks as a joke.

He learned quick you can't do that in this position.

Trump won't learn.

This is about both of them. That argument in threads is tiring. Trump did not call on anyone to kill anyone. Again, like the crying baby and purple heart these are non stories generated to create more and more hate.

No, you can't spin this.

Trump is beyond spinning damage control from what spews irresponsibly out of his mouth.

Some learn from their mistakes. He doesn't.

People say this all the time but without anything to back it up, except for maybe providing their own fears as evidence. But you'll notice that those who make that claim "communicate" indirectly with Trump through various media, while those who communicate directly, have nothing but positive things to say.

What is alarming and dangerous is the dependency on scripted, opaque and slithery rhetoric of career politicians, the media in their pockets, and calling that effective communication.

No, that's smart.

We're in an age where every word, action, facial tic is scrutinized.

That's not the case, especially when the majority of Trump's words are completely absent from scrutiny. The scrutiny on this particular speech is spent on less than a fraction of it.

It's clear to most what Trump implied.

And its not what Trump supporters are trying to spin it to mean.

Everyone knows what Trump implied.

That's impossible. Short of asking him, you have nothing.
